The food is fine, the staff is nice but it really seems like theyre trained to cheap out and nickle and dime as much as possible.

It's the little things. Ordered a double and paid extra but only got a single. Fries were so stale that they just got thrown away. No straw for the shake and no spoon fur the blizzard.

The staff here are SO nice!! The lady behind the counter greeted every single customer that walked in the door like she knew them 1:1 and the lady that delivered our food was also so so sweet. Very impressed with the customer service

I was reading these reviews and can not believe what I was reading , I had an I counter with the owner about a Dairy Queen cake and he was more then polite and he refunded me some of the money and gave my the cake , the order was actually my bad and not his but when I called there to straighten up my error and change my order he stated he would take care of it and he did , like a person who sticks to there word , when in fact the mix up in the order was on me . Will go there every time I need a cake or in the mood for a little icecream

They do not listen to the customer. They charge fir extra toppings when you don't ask for them. I do believe this is very bad customer service.

I ordered a banana split with pecans and they charged me the extra pecans 3 times. I am usually only charged once for pecan toppings. Pecans are $.079 cents each. This is supposedly $2.37 worth if pecans, really? You can be the judge.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time it's happened and it appears to be a pattern where this specific DQ skimps out on providing what you pay for. I don't blame the workers, just the management that directs this.

I have found that the Northdale DQ in Blaine is much better at providing what you pay for.

The owner is in the business of ripping people off.. He’s Not a big boy that can handle dealing with customers that’ are unhappy with their order. He would rather hang up on them like he did me. Got a Banana split without the banana on purpose. got two strawberries, maybe five pineapple, and two small scoops of fudge. Overpriced!!! He should not be in business.. greedy
