Placed a mobile order to be ready at 8:33pm. Arrived at 8:45pm, order was not ready, they never received it, and they refused to make it despite being shown the order in the DQ app and my email order confirmation. I was told by a manager that "that has nothing to do with me. I can't make an order I didn't receive" and upon being shown the order confirmation in both email and the app, was told "but I don't know that you paid." No effort put in to figuring out what went wrong with the technology, just blatant refusal to assist/provide the order regardless. I am currently going through DQ customer service online form submission to get a refund, but I would never suggest this location due to their lack of care/concern.

One of the best DQs in the state. Don't forget the dog, great pup cup. Long lines move fast.
