My food did not come so i called the driver answered and begin to yell and be very hostile and wanted to go back and fort stating no unit was on the address. I ask him to stop talking to me un such manner and im a customer. The manager got on the phone and stated in the computer there was a unit but somehow not on the receipt. She was very nice and helpful but 20 minutes later i still have not recieved my order. I will not order here again. They lost a loyal customer because a driver has no customer service skills.

How difficult is it to cut even pieces of pizza? This is the second time this has happened. If I’m serving adults, how do I portion this out? In the photos, I returned the full pizza on June 6th, and they made it again. The cut was perfect! The second pizza was taken today, June 22nd. What are the odds? I understand that times get busy and the team is trying to make numbers, but this is unacceptable. Next time I’ll ask for a refund and you’ll have to toss the pizza, take 2 extra seconds and please cut it correctly.

Edit: They reply to email them with your experience, but don't follow up. Terrible customer service. We often order from here on Friday's, but our order has been wrong the last several times. From not square cutting to not getting the garlic seasoning on the crust. We've started checking the pizzas before we even leave. Tonight there was no garlic seasoning so they asked if I wanted it. I said yes, but the employees seem so apathetic. Does anyone get the garlic seasoning? I don't understand why our order continues to be wrong.

First time I went in the counter service was good, went back because garlic twists were burnt and hard. Returned and I was not happy with the counter service and received a product that was still dissatisfactory.
I do not like dominos , the cheese never melts enough for me... why give it 5 stars you ask? My husband loves it, it's probably his favorite pizza place. I wouldn't give a restaurant negative stars just because I prefer marcos. 😂. The staff here is always amazing and quick! Their sandwiches are great, and can't beat their prices!

I've noticed some fantastic improvements in Domino's Pizza recently! The pizzas are looking different in the best way possible. The toppings are better, they look nicer, and they taste amazing. Whatever changes you all made, thank you! We absolutely love Domino's at our house.

didn’t put all of my dipping sauce and icing in the order and when I tried to call the manager multiple times I was left on hold for multiple minutes and no one ever answered.
