Ordered takeout from them for the first time. Portions were large, plenty of meat and cheese on each - they *do not* skimp on the toppings. Much more substantial than other sub chains. Got a large order of King Tots, it was amazingly good (though terribly bad for you) and the to-go box was huge, we ate the leftovers for 2 days.

If getting to go, the cheese sauce needs to be on the side. By the time I got to the location to eat I couldn't eat as a sandwich it just fell apart due to the sauce soaking into the bread. The taste was good for meat and peppers though. Asked for loaded tots, just got regular ones. Might be good if eaten there.

We went there yesterday for the first time and the service was horrible!!! Sandwiches were ok definitely needs more cheese but the cashier was so rude it was almost like we were ruining her day being there she didn’t explain anything when we had questions our sodas were all fizz bottom line we spent $75 am we will never go back!!! So many other places to go to. Service really does affect people and wanting to be there
