I’ve had issue with this location before with not receiving my whole order via DoorDash. 5-6 times total. Tonight I ordered a sandwich, pop, chips and a cookie. I only received the sandwich. The prices are high and it’s been extremely frustrating ordering from here. Normally the cookie is the only thing missing, but over half my order was missing tonight.

Great place for food. Reasonably priced -- and sandwiches are put together well. I'd choose this place over a couple other popular sub shops. One time I went, the service was painfully slow, however, it was a Friday during lunch rush. My only feedback to management would be to ensure there is a leader on staff to chill the staff out. They all seemed very stressed (i get it, that happens in food service). but, if I stood in line for 10 minutes for a sandwich, don't act like I'm bugging you. Not a huge deal, because other visits and the product has more than made up for it!

Normally im happy to spend 40 bucks for 2 sandwhiches cause they are amazing. Then i got my 2 this last time and it was hard as rock brread with white dots on it. Tried picking it apart and by the end of it just threw it away. I was big mad. Smh. Normally the hest location till people who didnt care started.
Im editing cause owner tells me to reach out and its been a week. Smh. Just ridiculous.

I came with my family for dinner and the person who served us, Brandon, was derogatory and racist, she did not greet us when we arrived and after ordering, another person arrived, she greeted him, attended to him and charged him while I was waiting to pay, this happened around 4 :30pm, I canceled my order, I asked for my children's, it also took them a while to give me my order and there was no one else to serve me, they didn't give me a bag or napkins.

My husband and I are regulars at this location and I have to say I have been severely disappointed by the staff recently. The young man that I believe is the manager is the reason we keep going; he is absolutely FANTASTIC. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other people on the staff. I’m not sure if it’s a training issue but if the manager guy isn’t there things seem to fall apart. Today we were the only people in line ordering and they were very slow, almost charged us twice, forgot to add bacon to my sandwich, and gave us both the wrong bread after we asked a few times for the Rosemary parm. Not sure where the fantastic gentleman was but he’s the only reason this place runs in my opinion. The other staff members don’t seem to listen very well or know what they are doing.
