The staff is awesome. I'm a regular here, and I have never had a bad experience. The young man whom I believe is the manager is just fantastic. I go here at least twice a week. The other staff members are fantastic as well.

The food was amazing and we need more Managers like you around the world now in days, honestly with the era of things a little kindness goes a long way. Was up in Blaine today. The Twin Cities' bleakest, most depressing suburb. A social and cultural wasteland. Stone Pho right next door was packed so we ended up here instead. The staff were overtly friendly and the cheesesteak was pretty darn good all things considered.

I must admit that fast food restaurants would go out of business if everyone was like me. I want fare that's well made and quality ingredients. I also want to see employees that appear to be happy, engaging, and as well compensated as possible. Jersey Mike's checks those boxes for me. Every time I go there, we strike up a conversation as they construct my sandwich. I get to watch them slice the ingredients, load up an authentic east coast style roll, and top it to my liking - all the while chatting back and forth. Heck, the last employee that I chatted with was the nephew of an old friend. I don't eat in the restaurant because they're pretty much plain storefront appeal. These sandwiches are perfect at home paired with a favorite beveragal refreshment and maybe some Netflix. Even with the glowing endorsement of Mike's, they may still only see me once every month or two. Like I said, I don't generally do fast food.

The Philly cheese steak was in a word disgusting. The steak (?) was virtually non-existent. The provolone was tasteless and akin to chewing a piece of rubber. The Veggie had none other than a few slices of tomatoes and some lettuce.I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy.
