Just picked up my Friday special that i ordered. She doesn’t bother telling me the coupon doesn’t work till i come pick it up to be told oh yah we raised our prices a few weeks ago. WTH!!! 🤦♀️
Don't order from this jets pizza. We placed an order and it said it would be delivered an hour later. An hour and a half goes by and no pizza. Called and they said that the pizza should be on its way now. Over 2 hours went by without pizza. When we called, they weren't even sorry about the wait, no apology. Definitely won't be ordering again.
We waited 3 hours for our order tonight. When we called after 2 hours we were told it was out for delivery.... 50 minutes later we called and were told it still had yet to be actually made because they forgot and that the manager told me it was out for delivery prior so we wouldn’t complain. That’s great. I would have rather been told the first time they forgot so I could order from somewhere else. Funniest part is that even calling to ask and they STILK FORGOT MY ORDER AGAIN!...read full review
