Delivery driver knew no English and could find my house. Texting me in Spanish and couldn't talk on the phone, he was 1 block away. Called the store and the guy laughed and said I don't know what you want me to do. Won't be ordering with Jimmy John's again!

Food was good and it was peaceful,but service was not very nice. I've been here a lot and suddenly they charging extra for cheese on JJBLT. Lady was disrespectful and said they been doing it for all 9 years she's worked there and I know that not true.

Ordered a hockey team catering order and some coaches lunch’s for 10:30 pick up right when they opened. I hate to be that person but it was the best time between busy tournament games. I walked in and was greeted so warmly and they were just finishing boxing up everything so perfectly - what incredible service. Thank you!

Ordered threw the app for delivery.. all of a sudden I get a text saying I was waiting for a Uber. You have driver to do delivery why was there no driver scheduled. I had to fiscally pick up my order cause I was not about to wait 2 hours for my order... I also had to pay 2 times. I'm livid and will be calling tomorrow for my refunds on both of them. Second thing your crew should not slam down a order on the counter like he did mine I'm mad as he'll it ruined my sandwich when he did that so yess I want my refunds. ALSO TO THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION THAT HAS COMMENTED ON OTHERS TO REPORT ON A WEBSITE YOU GIVE THEM. YOUR THE OWNER DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT INSTEAD OF SITTING BEHIND THE SCREEN

Went in for one sub. Guy behind the counter was working on Togo orders and told me he wouldn’t make me a sandwich even though I drove out of my way to go to this location. Never again.

Always quick in and out. I don't know the woman's name, but she is usually the first one on the service line next to the cashier. She is a great helper for both the cashier and customers. I've never had a complaint to give and they all do an excellent job at getting people in and out. Helps make my break feel longer.

They are efficient at making the sandwiches. The subs tend to get soggy quickly due to the amount of sub oil they use, so there would not be fresh left-overs. The staff is nice but focused on getting the sandwhich made and getting the customer out the door.

Dietary restrictions: They don't have many options for dietary restrictions. There is usually some thing you have to remove if you're able to without getting sick from cross contamination.

Service and food were good, but one of their policies didn’t make sense. If they forget an item during delivery, I was told they can’t refund. So the driver had to make another run to my house for a $2 bag of chips he forgot. (They said they could put a credit to my account instead, but the previous couple of times this has happened over the years, when I called back to use the credit, the credit is not there, and I’ve even been told that they don’t give store credit by the person answering the phone at the time?)

I went here for a sandwich Jan 2024 - club lulu and got home I looked inside and there was no cheese or guacamole. I called the restaurant and reported it. The person said they'd have the manager call me. I never got a call about it. About 2 months later I called back thinking they had never reached out to me. Told the worker about my experience. It wasn't a cheap sandwich. He said he didn't know what happened. So got no satisfaction and will not be going back.
