service was horrible i told the manager that they got my food wrong and she said that she need a receipt. i told her that my boy threw it away, the sub was only missing mayo and vinegar. she started arguing and i told her if i could buy another and she didn’t want to server me. i guess i messed up her feelings and she didn’t want to server me. 10/10 would not recommend!

I heard the store managers talking about him in a negative light. And I just want to let your company know, He is awesome! Keep up great work Steve!!

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Jimmy John’s. Staff was extremely unconcerned with getting people their food. And not just myself. Took nearly a half hour just to get a single sandwich. On top of that they messed multiple orders up before mine and then forgot ingredients which I had paid for. Would have given them zero stars if it was a possibility. I do not recommend this location.

Really frustrating when you come to get some sandwiches for your family and none of the staff are attentive enough to notice you in the drive thru…. Second time this has happened to me in 3 weeks. Not sure what the staff are so busy doing in back but you might want to install cameras or something to notify you when you have costumers. You had costumers knocking on the front doors but your drive thru windows were wide open so unsure how you didn’t pick up on waiting costumers. You lost easily 3-4 sales tonight in the 10 mins I was in the parking lot. Disappointing.
