Rude service when trying to pick up an order, was missing an entire order of tacos and took a long time to get it resolved. Birria tacos were thrown together in the box and only received thin tacos of meat and cheese with no onions or cilantro. Will never order from here again.

It should be called La Poblanita Slow. I placed an order on their kiosk. Saw workers walk around and not even acknowledge customers. After 10 minutes I rang the bell and the person was surprised people even placed an order. 20 minute wait for sub par food.

i travel for work and always have a hard time finding chicken birria, but they had it here. i just had to ask if they could do it, but it came out amazing and the watermelon fresca is lit. definitely heading back here soon.

I ordered 2 orders of 4 Brea tacos, and I got 6 tacos in total, which I should have got 8. I tried to call, and they would pick up and hang up.And then when I went up there, they said I was lying.

Ordered a torta and a coke, waited 30 minutes for it to get made despite it not being busy. The torta itself was mediocre at best and the chicken seemed old and dry.
Very nasty food. Bad service won't answer the phone. Restaurant is dirty- do not eat here

We ordered through Doordash. When we went to pick it up, they haven’t made our order so we had to wait 20 minutes. They offered no apology. The elote was still cold and the corn was dry. The burrito was soggy. The aluminum wrapper that they used was soggy and stuck to the food that we were having a hard time eating the food. Several small pieces got stuck to the food that if you don’t pay attention, you would have eaten the wrappers as well.
