We ordered through Doordash. When we went to pick it up, they haven’t made our order so we had to wait 20 minutes. They offered no apology. The elote was still cold and the corn was dry. The burrito was soggy. The aluminum wrapper that they used was soggy and stuck to the food that we were having a hard time eating the food. Several small pieces got stuck to the food that if you don’t pay attention, you would have eaten the wrappers as well.

I live in MN & ON Canada & coming here after awhile is such a mood.??? gracias for finally putting real mexican food here in Northtown Mall ❤️ also my wife is from Canada & she loves coming here too & enjoys the good food!

I ordered lunch delivery today through Door Dash, and have done so previously and the food has always been great. Today, was terrible. The Elote with hot cheetos, there was zero heat or flavor in the Cheetos, nothing. The Street Tacos with Asada Steak, the steak was incredibly fatty, stringy, almost impossible to chew, I think I spit more out that I ate, and the chips and salsa, the chips have zero salt, no flavor, taste stale and the salsa is sweet, it tastes like a low end jarred salsa that is not good at all and it's certainly not restaurant quality salsa. The guacamole I will say was delicious. I am very disappointed and doubt I will order lunch delivery from here again.

I ordered Birria Tacos and it tasted delicious. It came out relatively quick during busy hours and employees were very kind. Establishment seems to be well kept. 10/10.
We were waiting 15 minutes before the workers started making our order. We could see them standing and talking in the back room. They only started working until 4 more orders came through. If you want to grab something fast to eat do not come to La Poblanita Express they will have you waiting at Least 30 minutes for your tacos. Will probably not come here again.

The pastor tacos look more like chorizo. I wouldn't buy Mexican food here again. Nothing tastes better than a taco with salt.
I ordered for delivery. What I received were two items when I ordered three when I called to let them know that I replaced my order because I received the wrong order. I got some kind of excuse that they double check the order or they don't because I ordered an enchilada platter and I got some kind of loaded french fry and some street tacos that are exactly the same when I ordered, 4 Separate Street tacos with different ingredients. at no point, did they apologize for screwing up my order or offer to send it the correct order to me. Smh
Only after posting this. Was I contacted and apologized to. Which is a great step forward.
