I came in after a long drive absolutely famished. The server was so helpful and made genuine recommendations, the food was stellar. I only wish we had a Leann Chin close to my house, I'd eat here regularly.
I got some orange chicken and noodles here that were just appalling. The noodles tasted half cooked and also dry. The orange chicken didn’t taste like orange chicken, tasted reheated and a little spicy?? My sister had pot stickers that were hard but also chewy?? The rice was half cooked and over all the only good food item was the pre-packaged fortune cookies. My fortune said to buy more Chinese food…. The customer service was great and the store was clean though!

Dry, mushy sesame chicken. Dry, cold cream cheese puffs that tasted "off." The guy behind the counter that has been there for quite a while that never stops flapping his gums while ignoring waiting customers really needs to go. I don't care to hear what Play Station you're going to buy and what imaginary world you live in. Please just take my order and wash the dirty, sticky tables down.

Yuck!Ordered sweet and sour chicken thinking maybe it would be like the sweet and sour chicken in any other Asian restaurant. ALL it is is the exact same chicken ( dry, tasteless, deep fried slices ) as the lemon chicken with two ramekins of sweet and sour sauce instead of lemon sauce. The two ramekins were set on the counter and then picked up and smashed onto the top of my rice and pressed down into it by the server. How sickeningly disgusting and unsanitary is that? I couldn’t even eat my meal. Quality and customer care has really failed.
I usually go to the Andover store but last night Blaine was closer. I picked up my Bourbon Chicken, veggies & noodles. The chicken always has melted in my mouth, but some of the chicken was tough & some what I think was skin pieces. It was gross!I'm going back to Andover!

This place serves full pod peas that are not etable they are the type you shuck not sweet pea pods I beleive either they don't know the differance or are to cheap to buy the right peas.

Made our night!My son and I had come in on 1/16/2023 about 45 min before closing. We had finished a night of errands and were just expecting to come in and get a quick bite to eat and get out before they closed. I was not expecting any sort of above and beyond service and my night would have been just fine with a standard interaction. But we were pleasantly surprised. The two workers that were there at that time took time out to talk with my son and help him get drinks. They came out after we started eating and asked us how the food was and chatted a bit. They just had such great attitudes and it really made my night. It has been a bit since I have been dining out that I did not feel like I was inconveniencing the workers by being there. Thank you for a great end to our evening.

This location always has dry orange chicken amongst others.. the chicken has been sitting out way too long. The food is not nearly as good as the other locations.I use to manage 2 of their locations including this one a few years back.. really need to stop over ordering food for their case and refill more often with fresh items.. typically i would not write this but this has been the case for the last 4 out of the 5 times I have been there in the last 6 months.. really awful.
