For a place with burgers in the name you'd expect good burgers. All of our burgers were overcooked and remarkably dry. Ironically enough the bacon on my burger was undercooked and rubbery. My mom couldn't even eat her plain burger because it was so dry. The only reason I could choke mine down was the BBQ sauce. My brother didn't enjoy his, no one enjoyed their meal. This place was my birthday pick since I love burgers so much, but I ended up apologizing to my family for picking out such an awful place. Sticky floor, sticky table, just a let down all together. Avoid this place.

The burgers here are absolutely fantastic. I've been here half a dozen times over the last year and have yet to experience a bad meal. Excellent happy hour and daily specials as well.

The server was nice but look at this burger. I wasn’t given a temp option or even told that the juicy Lucy comes medium. Being(obviously) pregnant I can’t eat that but even if I wasn’t look at how gross this looks…. Over a cup of myoglobin came gushing out of this burger and the cheese inside was extremely thin like warm milk, the whole burger was soppy and soggy within seconds. The meat was awful quality too and the toppings were plain even if you spice it up with the specialty addon. None of the fries come crispy at all- to some they may be good but definitely not my thing. For it being dead in there the food was also slow to come. Maybe they cook the burgers frozen? That would explain the meat quality but I’m not sure. The Mac and cheese is amazing!
I think the kitchen just needs some quality control on the burgers they are supposed to be known for. The poor food quality is probably why it was dead during dinner rush.

I went there on Thursday for bingo with a good friend. . We also ordered food , the steak bites are sòooo tough. My friend wears dentures and could not chew them at all. She asked could she change her order and just get the sliders , the waitress came back and say she could get the sliders but had to also pay for the steak bites. I believe she said Rob was the one who made the decision. I took the steak home and tried to tender them up and after 1 hour of cooking real low , still tough and even I had a problem chewing them. We will never go back there to eat or play bingo. To the waitress get your tip another way. No one thought it was funny but you.

I’m going to use my father-in-laws famous saying for this restaurant. “Two trips in one” today was the first time we came here, and it will definitely be the last. Server was not very personable. Would not even walk around the table to hand out drinks, made us do it ourselves. My bacon cheeseburger only had about half a slice of cheese on it, and the burger was well done. 🤮 my raspberry mojito was about 95% sugar, probably should have known better, but their bartender must not be very good. Will not be coming back here. Hundreds of better burger places

This place has gone downhill. Came for dinner tonight. It had been awhile since we've been here. They took the item i usually order off the menu a while back. Now the popcorn machine is gone. The server was disappointing. Did not go out of her way at all. Asked if they had a particular dipping sauce and she wasn't willing to go to the kitchen and even ask. Just said no all we have is what is on the menu. It'll be a long while before we come back. It was just blah.

Our family was shopping in the mall and saw this place so figured we'd give it a try. I'm picky about my burgers but this place was amazing. The kids loved their sliders, our burgers were great and the fries are INSANE! food was cooked perfectly. Everyone left with a great experience. Will be back soon!
