I couldnât even bite the chicken sandwich. It was so hard I would have needed a steak knife to eat it. Itâs like they cooked a piece of chicken that was either all tendons or completely frozen⊠Iâm honestly not sure, all I know is I physically couldnât even bite through it. Also, it was unbelievably small. Very disappointed. Terrible quality considering the cost of the mealâŠ

Understaffed and dirty dining room. Went for breakfast on a weekday morning. Also, the prices are higher on certain things than the locations around Seattle (doesn't make sense in MN). They also don't have as much variety of breakfast sandwiches as they do at home (like the bagel sandwiches).

It seems like this place can never get an order right whether it be door dash or drive thru . I go to one in big lake by my work here and there and they are always on point and fresh⊠this spot by my house is horrible ..
Cold frys, a slip on my burger that said no onion, with onion on my burger, and the cashier tried to short me on my change! A perfect reminder why I haven't eaten there is several years!!

The kids that work there are always so kind, but explain to me why this is the only location in the metro you canât get a large water from. Is the owner really that cheap that they canât afford to use large size cups for free waters and would rather use multiple small size cups?

They shut the store down at 9 and let everyone sit in the drive thru waiting for nothing. I have no clue how this business manages to function with the people they hire hopefully one day theyâll realize they can do better and get new staff.
