The staff is too busy working the drive thru to attend to indoor orders of small size. Helped 3 people who came in 10 minutes after my order. Finally had to walk out. Poor service at most McDonalds. Drive thru is the same. First in line, and Last to get your order while 6 cars go past.

FINALLY! IT HAS TAKEN 2 YEARS TO GET A GOOD BURGER HERE! LORD IT HAS BEEN STALE BREAD ,DRY BURGERS AND EWWW. I DONT KNOW WHO YOU HIRED BUT I CAME IN THE EVENING October 26th and the food was actually fresh and hot .

When you pretty much force your customers to use the self service kiosks to order, the least you could do is ensure that said kiosks print the receipt. This location NEVER reloads the reciept rolls in the kiosks. Also, a 10 min wait for a single iced tea is really unnecessary.

Very loud kids running around & screaming. So we didn't hear our number get called, they just called our number walked away & left our food for anyone to take.
