She worked efficiently while still making each customer feel valued, and her positive attitude was truly refreshing. I love this place, however I am giving a 4 star for the fact that at least 4 times they have been out of coconut crumbles. Which really add to the bowls. I am wondering why are you out of this key ingredient at 10 am in the morning? Is this a hard to get item? Everything else is amazing. Great staff, service and product.

Who is David? This review is 100% accurate. You also are correct that I call out businesses, like yours, that exploit Shoppers all the time that have groceries delivered. Your order would never get filled if it wasn't consistently paired with a fair tipper! I would suggest to you to tip fairly or go get the groceries yourself! I also would suggest you spend the extra pennies on organic bananas for your business. Being cheap isn't good for business!

I was brought here for my first time by a friend. Everything was good, but it's just not for me. My friend ended up getting sick afterward, but I had the same thing and was fine.
I’ve been ordering here for a while and I don’t know why but my bowl is always missing something… I get the same thing everytime (the sail bowl) and at first I was missing strawberries for a while, then I was missing cocoa nibs, and as of lately I’m missing peanut butter… which is a main ingredient in the bowl… it’s hard to check when everything is in a bowl… and I hate to be the customer to complain and send something back. But everytime I order there is always something missing either a topping or part of the base.

Great, friendly staff, and the bowls are always delicious. They are always overflowing the bowls. The only thing they could improve on is wiping the tables down. I want to believe that we may have shown up right after a rush and they didn't get a chance to clean them yet, but it is something to note.
Vegetarian options: The whole menu is vegan.
Dietary restrictions: The whole menu is gluten free, and offers a high protein bowl as well which was delicious!

I’ve never experienced that before and it’s clear to me that they are really reading all the feedback and working continually to help improve customer experience. I think that kind of follow up is really rare in a business.
