I can totally understand how busy any Chinese takeout place might be on Christmas but...Placed an online order at 5:15 pm. Once the order was completed it indicated the order would be ready for pickup at 5:42. Arrived at exactly that time to find at least 20 people waiting inside. They were quick to take my money but that was the last time you will see me use the word quick in this review. As more people arrived the less you saw of anyone leaving with food. Watched the same DoorDash delivery person come and go 3 times without food. After another 30 minutes of waiting and a request for an estimated time to expect food, never got an answer. After ANOTHER 30 minutes I demanded an answer to find out how much longer I was expected to wait. Again that person disappeared behind the curtain finally returning about 10 minutes later saying 2 minutes. After yet another wait of 10 minutes my food was finally presented to me with barely an apology and no offer to compensate for the grossly underestimated promise of food in less than 30 minutes. On top of it all, the food was bland. Lemon chicken sauce and the sweet and sour sauce was totally savory with no sweetness to it. The Mongolian chicken was also just savory with little flavor. $70 later and extremely dissatisfied, I will not return and highly recommend anyone thinking of trying this place, go elsewhere!

Not a mistake I'm willing to make again.I want to sample the local Poke Bowls, this one was poor at best. I only got one scoop of salmon not the 3 I ordered, and it smelled fishy.

Quick, fast, good food. That's all. Great place to get food. There was no seating for the lobby, but I get the struggle with a small business and having kids. Will be going back again!

I ordered egg drop soup that tasted like straight oil, it was so bad. Rest of the food was okay - nothing impressive. Not the best egg rolls, beef and broccoli and shrimp egg foo young was pretty good. Nothing really stood out and because of the terrible soup I won't be coming back to this restaurant. I want my money back for the large soup and would be happy to bring it back for a refund. I won't be eating it and wasted my money.

Delivery order: I ordered steamed mixed vegetables and they gave me chicken with mixed vegetables…I do not eat meat!

It seems a lot of times when ordering Chinese food it's either really good or really bad. In this case, don't just don't, it's really bad. The food literally has a chemical like taste, almost like a soapy taste to it. It was NOT good. We threw our entire meals out after two bites. I also found it interesting that when you order online here and complete your order that YOU MUST select the tip you will be giving PRIOR to even being able to submit your order. Presumptuous? I think so. Seriously. How about you offer great food, fast friendly service at a reasonable price and let me decide when I pick up my order and pay for it if I would like to offer you a tip rather than forcing me to either give you a tip or not prior to you even receiving my order? Overall just a bad experience that I will absolutely avoid in the future! You should as well.
Kids were too busy on their computers to realize our order was up and ready to go.

Love the food and service. But the waiting and seating area are taken over by the children of the owners and the staff that take orders. Also there has been an increase of bugs, which I believe is from the over abundance of plants

Good Chinese restaurant. I usually get the sesame chicken or sweet and sour chicken. Both are good. Sometimes overcooked. The fried rice is very good. Plenty of veggies. Cream cheese wontons (and jalapeño cream cheese wontons) are very good. The egg rolls however are awful. Mushy, flavorless filling. Worst I've ever had. I keep hoping they reformulate.This is a take out only restaurant.

Good evening I am writing this review as a dasher and a more than regular customer. I just wanted to add that this restaurant is one of the most class act Chinese restaurants around, both service and quality of the their food. It is a family owned and ran business, the owners kids are the nicest kids you will ever meet, they help out up front and at the same time they are busy doing their school work. The food is always fresh and amazing. As a dasher when I dash, they always have the food ready to go. I don't give many reviews unless I think I they should get a 4.8 or higher. So please give this place the respect they deserve and try them out, as I writing this I am also eating their food at the end of the night after dashing for 14hrs.
