Asked to cancel my order which was only two fountain drinks, VERY rude while on the phone and never gave me my money back. Also the inside is filthy with every floor being sticky with cracked leather seats. Just save your time and go to Ulysses.

Not sure how or why but the quality has gone downhill. Literally couldn’t even finish the order from how disgusting it was. Don’t let the pictures deceive you. 🤮 How do you mess up a salad?

Columbia heights is a better store One piece of spinach in my Alfredo. Montamore.
I think the store is in some sort of sauce crisis. Ordered almost $40 worth just now. Got a side salad and if you see the portion of dressing on the teaspoon (I added a pic) lmao I asked to just make sure it wasn't a mistake and got a dirty look like I was being dramatic and was told "oh its pre portioned that way" and turned their back. I asked to buy another one so I cld have at least a little dressing and they really charged me . The pad thai is laughable I mean no meat and literally not a drop of sauce at bottom of container just dry so confused. The rice crispie bar was horrible like stale cereal and i threw it away see pic. There were pieces of cereal randomly dropping off not stuck to anything lol also dry weird. I actually had a great encounter the first time with a guy that had me get the alfredo and it was actually really good AND HE SMILED AND WAS NICE. We chatted it up the whole time I waited. Not an expectation but it was pretty cool to have a normal encounter with a kind guy . The first lady that helped me today was also nice. But that other one. Korean meatballs are disgusting rubber . My chicken parm was just ok more for kids tastebuds. I can go to the thai place next door and spend 6 bucks more and have an authentic fresh thai with 4 different meats in it! I just heard 2 people mention the pad thai while in this store so I wanted to try it .Never coming back. This is for people that did not have good cooking in their households as a child and hate sauce of any kind on their food.

Ordered online for delivery today. The first order was "delivered" but never arrived. I'll have to contest that charge with my bank, even though Doordash says they refunded the store for it and it should have been no problem for a refund. The second order came without my drink and without marinara sauce for my cheese bread. Two orders messed up in one evening! Tried calling and no one at the store answered.

For the third time in a row, I opened my food to find that they did not include the extra sauce that I ordered. Sauce that I only need because the pad Thai is completely dry when ordered without it. Don’t recommend this location

I ordered the Japanese noodles - disgusting. I could have had better Ramen. Seriously! SUPER Dry noodles, and the few veggies they gave were literally UNCOOKED! They gave me Tofu that probably had been there for days! And it taste like the broccoli came straight out the fridge! They had the audacity to act like they were mad that I even ordered from - never again!
