Came in asking for information on ingredients, the girls were suddenly very rude when I asked about using artificial food dyes. One girl stated that you use food dyes in everything. She snapped the "Everything" at me again when I questioned if it was in fact everything. I will never be back and I will also tell everyone about my experience. You wouldn't treat someone with a peanut allergy this way, why was it okay to be rude to me for my food allergy?

Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend
I had high hopes for this place based on all the hype, but my experience was far from sweet. First, the cakes looked promising, but the taste was a major letdown. I ordered a classic vanilla bundt cake, and it was dry, lacking flavor, and tasted like it had been sitting out for too long. The texture was dense and crumbly, not moist like a good bundt cake should be.
On top of that, the customer service was below average. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and I had to wait far longer than I should have, even though the store wasn’t busy. When I asked about certain flavors, the person at the counter seemed annoyed and didn’t offer much guidance.
For the price they’re charging, I expected much better quality and service. Sadly, I won’t be coming back. There are far better options for dessert elsewhere.

I went to go get the new strawberry poptart bundt cake to try. When I got back to my friends house to eat it, it was just the strawberries and cream bundt cake with a mini poptart on top and Sprinkles. The bundt cake is suppose to have poptart pieces inside. So I paid $7, for a normal strawberries and cream bundt cake when I could have just gotten a regular bundt cake for $5. Highly disappointing. So if your getting the new pop tart bundt cake, make sure u look at the bottom and can see the poptart pieces inside and dont waste your money on just a regular strawberries and cream bundt you can get for 5 bucks.

While their cakes are absolutely delicious, I am a former employee at this store, and I was fired on my third day for not having my work shirt, I understand their company policies but I don’t think it was necessary to fire me without notice, because I didn’t have my shirt, may I add they only gave me one shirt, when I was promised another at the end of my first shift…0/10 do not recommend working here, they couldn’t tell me to my face and messaged me telling me they would mail me my check…smh! I will never give service to this location again, and I will be telling everyone I know to not give this location any money!

I love the Blaine location! Super nice employees, attentive, and have been super patient with me when I have forgot my pick up order a few times lol. We have used them for every work or holiday celebration and their cakes are always a hit. 10/10 recommend!! ❤️

Really like the bundt cakes. The two separate times I visited the Blaine store, my order was wrong When you order the new lemon blueberry. It's very disappointing to get just lemon.
Gluten allergy, did not open the cake, no accommodations were made to switch out the cake or get a store credit for a different cake. Over $69.00 spentBad experience
