Had a little hiccup with my Christmas delivery but the staff has gone out of their way to make sure that it was corrected. Staff is so nice we have used them in the past and love them! I am located in Colorado but I will definitely keep ordering for my family in Minnesota! Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond to help me! That is amazing customer service and is appreciated more than they know!

I came in for a pick-up order and there was a group already in the middle of browsing through the whole selection. They did not seem ready, so I simply asked the front desk person, “Hey, can I grab a pick-up order quick?” She looked at me with such a rude look and said, “Um, no, I’m helping them right now.”
Of course, I understand that waiting my turn is reasonable — but that’s not how you speak to people. There are many nicer and more professional ways to respond. Instead, I was met with the most miserable tone, which left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable about coming here.
Customer service is just as important as the product, and this interaction definitely left a bad impression. Do better.

I placed a catering order and I had trouble finding the driver and the team at Nothing Bundt Cakes did amazinggggg. They sent a new driver and literally saved the day. Amazing service!

Nothing Bundt Cakes was a total hit at our wedding! Our guests absolutely loved them, and we made sure to offer a great variety so there was something for everyone. For my husband and me, we chose the tiered drizzle cake, and it was both beautiful and delicious. I’ve always been a big fan of Nothing Bundt Cakes, so it only made sense to include them on such an important day. Highly recommend!

I was going to buy 4 mini cakes for a pregnancy announcement so asked for a box to put them in and was told no... So I went to a different location and they gave it to me no problem. The manager at the Blaine location seemed to be bothered that I would even make that request. I couldn't wrap my head around why, especially since the other location gave it to me without question!

We got our wedding cake from nothing bundt cake and it was so good! We got the gluten free chocolate chip and it was perfect. We love nothing bundt cake!!!
I placed an order online and unfortunately Uber messed up and delivered to the wrong house. I called and spoke with a really nice woman (I forgot her name!), who got a new order sent and delivered right away. Great customer service!
