Gave us the wrong order. Didn’t realize til we got home, drove all the way back, and they told us that not only are we not getting a refund on our first order, but we have to pay AGAIN to get our actual order. Because the tape on the bag was broken. Because we opened the bag to find it wasn’t our food. Make it make sense. So now I have 2 charges for Panera on my card and no refund.

Haven't been to Panera in years. The Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich was delicious but I'm disappointed in the chicken noodle soup. All of the chicken bits, noodle (yes, I said NOODLE and not noodles), onion and carrot fit on ONE SPOONFUL of my soup. The rest was broth. Won't be going back. Waste of $12.74.

The salads are very good, but the sandwiches are way overpriced and don't look anything like the pictures on their website. Much less meat than what is advertised.

Idiot worker almost threw my food away when I went to the bathroom. She didn't even say sorry for her mistake. I left my garbage for her since she has no common sense!

Ordered some bagels, French bread, pick2 sandwich and Mac and cheese along with a kids Mac and cheese. This was pick up so I went in grabbed the bag with our name on it, asked if there was anything else that went with this order and they said no. The items ordered were on the receipt. The bag was sealed up and I wasn’t going to rummage through it. Got home and it was a bag of bagels. No Mac and cheese which is what my wife and kid really wanted. I called 3 times and no answer and it was well past dinner time @7:45. Gave them a chance to redeem. Contacted PayPal and got a full refund. Will not order from them again.

Dietary restrictions: My family likes panera but I do not. I can't have gluten, egg, or dairy so the food I can eat is hard to find and the fact that they have gone almost exclusively to kiosk ordering makes it very difficult to put together food I can eat.

If you're going to have self-serve terminals for customers to order, then maybe have more than one terminal. There is always 1 out of 3 terminals out of order, and for the past week, there's only been one available. Fix your store.

I legitimately think of all the times I've eaten here, my order has only been completely correct like 3 times. Something is missing, something I didn't ask for, etc.
Vegetarian options: Salads, soups, and a few sandwiches.
Dietary restrictions: Very few vegan options, decent number of vegetarian options. Can ask for non halal and kosher items to be removed from most items. As it's bakery obviously avoid if you have celiac, trace elements of flour are probably everywhere.
Parking: Suburban commercial area, parking isn't an issue.
Wheelchair accessibility: No automated door openers. Ordering counters are good heights for wheelchair users, but pick up counter is pretty high up.
Huge shout out to the catering crew at Blaine today! Found myself in a pinch and they saved the day!! I needed 30 lunches in less than an hour and they made it happen. Thank you
