My senior father loves this location and the staff and for once I was with him and see why. Hats off to the staff. The cashier was wonderful, they brought our food out instead of getting up to get it. They took our dishes. My parents felt spoiled, it was wonderful. Y’all made my impossible dad happy! Great food too! We all were Clean Plate Club! Bravo Blaine Panera!!!

I had an excellent experience. The food was very good and tasty. Their portions are good amounts and customer service is excellent. One of the workers named Matt was very helpful and considerate. He kept asking me what I needed and if everything was okay and if everything tasted right. I would definitely go again. They have a very friendly atmosphere very good food. Thank you Matt for your excellent customer service

I I had a very good experience at the blaine location. The worker named Matt helped me very much. My coffee wasn’t hot and tasting right he changed the whole thing for me and brought me a brand new cup. He kept checking in on me the whole time asking if everything is okay and if he could get me anything. He really made my experience comfortable and I would definitely go back to this location again because of Matt he was wonderful.

The food is always good but the drive thru line here takes FOREVER. Don’t try to come here to grab a quick lunch. It’ll take 25 minutes in the drive through line.

Second time ordering the steak sandwich and there is barley any on it. They also didn't even give me a full cup of soup. This place is way too over priced for what you get. Please stop ripping off the customers!

Stopped in to pick up soup for my daughter. I ordered Broccoli cheese soup and received chicken noodle. I went to the food window and asked them to change it and the worker tried to tell me I ordered chicken noodle. I said I'd like the correct soup. She grabbed the bag looked inside then crumbled up the bag with my complete order and threw it in the garbage. My 10 year old daughter was shocked since she had never seen an adult in the service industry behave so poorly. I did get my soup but I'm usually at this location 3 times a week and will now look for another place to eat or another location. Looking at the reviews on here maybe this management should be overhauled. Clearly they need to learn how to train workers to be respectful. Mistakes happen it's how you respond to them that matters.

They get takeout orders wrong a lot which can get really frustrating. Another big issue is they are out of so many things literally all the time; they were out of baguettes before 7 p.m. and also out of ciabatta bread before 7 p.m. tonight. I went another day recently and they were already out of kitchen sink cookies. How do they run the dinner rush when they never have items in stock? I decided to order a bread bowl of soup since they were out of baguettes which means I had to pay extra for bread when a baguette is typically included. Got the bread bowl, but they only gave me a cup of soup instead of a bowl. Agh!! Now I’m headed back up there to get this fixed. I’m also sick and didn’t want to go in the restaurant for fear of getting anyone else sick, but now I have no choice.
