This review is for a specific visit to Panera Blaine back in February 2025. Because of this experience, my family has not returned to any Panera since. On February 23, 2025, we ordered an Asian Sesame Chicken Salad and a bowl of Bistro Onion Soup (Order #1354611). It was a to-go order, so when I got home we started to eat. I had the onion soup, and from the first spoonful something was off, including taste and texture. I had a few more spoonfuls and then it became apparent-it was a mix of onion soup and chili, complete with meat and beans. I have a photo but can’t upload it. I contacted the store and spoke to a very apologetic manager, who took my information and said that she would send a gift card to compensate me for the error, but it would be a couple of weeks before I would receive it in the mail. It’s been more than three months, and nothing has been received as promised, and as I said, we have not returned. I don’t expect my review to build a fire under them to make good on their manager’s promise, but it is very likely they have lost our future business.

Everytime i go to this location they goof up my order or the food is cold in the middle, or there are nasty pieces of meat or produce you wouldn't eat in the food.

The food here is always great, staff is always friendly. Food does take time sometimes, but it's made fresh and worth the wait. Only started coming recently and really enjoying the menu and trying new things. Definitely will be back!
