I placed a plan-ahead order at 4:15pm for 5:30pm pickup on Halloween (I get that it was a busy night which is why I planned it so far ahead). When I arrived at 5:30pm, I was told my order hadn’t been started yet but would be expedited and ready in 15 minutes. After multiple check-ins and talking to a worker again at 615 saying my order was on the make line (found out it wasn't), I finally got my food at 6:45pm over an hour later than promised. Staff were clearly overwhelmed, but it was disappointing that a scheduled order was completely missed. Unfortunately I didn't get to do as much trick or treating with my kid because I was lied to multiple times about my order. Hoping they can improve organization on busy nights.

First time ever ordering from here I ordered take out for 5pm at 12pm their Pumpkin Pizzas.I get there at 5pm...complete chaos... Staff are overwhelmed, rude to customers. After being ignored, I finally get asked about my pick up only to be told it won't be ready for 20-30 more minutes I said but I ordered 5 hours ago... No apology, No offer for a discount or coupon. Cancelled my order and left. Will never return or encourage others. If I could give zero stars I would.

Placed our order for delivery on a Monday evening with a 1 hour expected delivery time. After an hour, our pizza was updated with preparing for delivery. We were then given a delivery estimate of another hour. Our pizza, wings and breadsticks sat on the counter complete for an hour.... needless to say it arrived completely room temperature and kind of gross from sitting out for a whole hour. Never ordering from this location again.

I absolutely love this place till the day i die. I would kill for a single slice of their pizza. Ive been trying ti review different pizzas in mn, and papa johns has been the most consistent, best tasting, besg service restaurant I've ever been to. Keep it up Papa Johns workers!
If people ever ask me how papa John’s is, I would explain it like this. I would rather eat a chewed up sneaker that has toilet paper on it while my toddle ???all over it. My mother almost had a stroke while eating this pizza that was cut into literal hundredths. The delivery driver was great, but when I opened it up, it looks like I’m looking at my dogs hairy underside while his red rocket shoots up while urinating all over it. I don’t even think they care for anybody at this point. I will NEVER be returning to this dominoes. Also my 3 month old died yesterday and my grandpa has aids.
