Perkins American Food Co.

Been to this location multiple times, service is always slow. Got there today (father’s day) at 10:30, waited 30-45 minutes for a table. After we ordered we waited an hour for food, but we left before the food even came as multiple tables before us left without receiving food as well. With it being a holiday the wait time was understandable. But there was a table next to us with a diabetic child, the waitress did not check up on said table. The child’s mother made a complaint, they then received their food afterwards. Our waitress could not give any definite answer on when our food would be coming, hence why we left.

We went to breakfast and had a terrific server! The food was absolutely delicious! The manager was so nice. We will come back .. a great place

My family and I visited perkins today and Stephanie was our waitress. She was rude, stressed and had no communication skills whatsoever ever. It took well over a hour to get our food while sitting with empty drinks. Our food came it was cold and her excuse was they are under staffed. The manager approached us and said she apologized for the way her waitress was rude and said there would be no bill and we could pick a desert. We waited another 15 min only not to get the desert and be ignored. I tried to talk to Stephanie and give her 10$ as a tip she waved her hand in my face and refused the money. This experience is absolutely appalling and I hope anyone going out to breakfast drives past here and saves themselves a headache and horrible experience.( if Stephanie is your waitress anyways)

Great experience! Food was hot and tasted really good. Service was wonderful my daughter was so hungry and Stephanie brought her food right away! Had a wonderful time. Great music. Very clean bathrooms. Awesome people

Great people great food! Came in last weekend. Stephanie were fantastic! They were pretty busy and still they were so helpful. Restaurant was very clean.

Kristine was an AMAZING server. When we came in it was extremely busy and we had a wait. Due to Kristine being so together as a server it made our wait time worth it! She was pleasant, polite and so organized! Good on you Kristine, keep up your positive demeanor as a server! Happy New

Loved it. Tried their trio. Had two pancakes. Two eggs. Two bacon for $5.99. was delicious. I think I'm going back in a couple days.

I understand it's Christmas, but we've been waiting almost a hour and still no food, our server has quite the attitude as well,we were seated right away, so they can't be that busy

Had an amazing breakfast here. Everybody was so kind and food was hot and fresh. My eggs Benedict was so tasty and came out very fast. Our coffee was super hot and fresh! Bathrooms were clean. Manager was checking on tables helping waitresses. The staff made our visit incredible and we will definitely be back!
