They have really big portions the atmosphere was amazing, the staff were friendly. The only downside is the space it’s not big enough for a good quality restaurant like this!

We ordered the filet mignon pho at the Blaine location and It was the bomb. Been eating Vietnamese food for 40 years and this place rocks. Best ever in 40 years . I have eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants and this is the best. Also place is packed and when 2 get up 2 more take their place. That shows how great the food is.

Ordered a bahn mi sandwich and vermicelli bun. The bread was as hard as a rock and the vermicelli bun had pork that looked to be from yesterday. You can tell the meat was not fresh and was tough to chew, had to throw both away.

The Brisket and Ribeye Pho is Amazing! For $14 dollars the portion size is enormous, I saved half for lunch the next day. It can get quite busy due to limited seating but with how fast the food comes out tables open up quickly. This my new favorite restaurant.

Possibly the best Thai iced coffee I have ever had. Spring rolls were good. Pepper squid and Pho were fantastic.

We came here as a family of five and were surprised to see a “large party fee” added to our bill — pretty bizarre since it was just our family dinner, not a big group. The pho is the only thing worth coming for; everything else was below average. We usually go to Quang’s, which is much better, though a bit farther drive. Just a heads-up for anyone considering this place.

Food was good, however I found a hair in my food and my Pepsi can was super dirty. Made me question how clean they keep things. Service was bad. Had to remind them about our spoons and drinks. At one point the server told me “one second” and never came back. Overall I felt let down by the general hospitality of the place.

Went in on a Monday around 4:30. There was a social security card on the ground that I told a worker about and he just put it by the computer on the front desk where anyone could see it. He then sat us at a table and got us waters, and just never came back to take our order. It was not very busy at all, with multiple tables empty. After about 20 min I turn to him and wave and he acknowledges me by waving back and then proceeding to go behind the counter again and take a phone call. Decided to leave immediately after that. Super disappointing.

I got the stone Bun Bo Hue and my partner got Stone Pho. We had spring roll and calamari. The pho was sweet for my taste but there was plenty of meat. The bun Bo hue was good but not amazing. We both loved the calamari and limeade drink. May go if people want the experience but wouldn’t be my go to.

Although the food was overall decent, service was fast, and the staff were nice, the restaurant wasn't very clean. It was in the evening when we came but would have thought someone could sweep the floors every so often. The dishes were also not that clean and had to get a new spoon. It also felt very cramped in there with the tables too close to one another.

It was good, but a little overhyped in my opinion since we drove from further away in the cities. My parents really liked the pho and recommended it from the previous times they went, but this was me and my partner’s first time. I wasn’t blown away, but I do appreciate the portion they gave us in terms of noodles to meat ratio for the Pho Dac Biet. The broth could have had a little more depth for me—we both added a decent amount of fish sauce to ours but that could also just be personal preference. The highlight of our lunch was the Chao Tom! Coffee was good too. All and all, it was decent but I don’t know if I would feel motivated to drive 30 minutes from South MPLS to Blaine just for it. The stone bowl is a cool concept though, I’ll give it that!
