Food great! We love the food but we’re not gonna come back since the service is so bad. What happened was we did not know that outside drinks were not allowed. The server suddenly came to us and grab my sister’s drink and said “I put drink on the counter and you can grab it later”, we were shocked and confused bc we didn’t notice the sign on the door. We were not happy since he could explain about the policy first, but all he did was grab the drink first and then told us like above. When we asked for napkins since we didn’t have any on the table, he told us “I know that you guys not happy about the drink but there’s a sign on the door, VIETNAMESE COME HERE TO EAT, NOT TO MAKE TROUBLE, IF YOU WANT TO MAKE TROUBLE COME TO THE OTHER PLACE”. At this time we got so mad and we want to talk to the manager, But then he told us that we were not qualified to talk to the manager. We are the regular customers and always leave nice tip. But this time is unacceptable. We come to eat and pay for the food, not begging for anything, Stone Pho, you need to respect the customers, particularly Vietnamese customers.

The pho was great, the service was horrible. It took 15 minutes before someone came to take our order and an additional 5 minutes before we received water.Charging customers paying with a credit card a 3% fee to cover their cost is a joke, it's "the cost of doing business."
