Order was placed to be picked up at 8 PM, my husband sat in the drive through window for 25 minutes to pick up a pizza. If you want timely service, I wouldn’t recommend! Foods pretty good though.

Whoever delivered my pizza last night, the lady running the shift by herself. Everything was better than it normally is! They normally mess up the breadsticks and toppings but you were spot on. :)

Ordered pizza for delivery. Vegetable pizza with a chicken on one side. This ( photo) what I got. An absolute mess. Everything shoved to one side. Called the place , the girl on the phone asked to wait so she can speak with a manager, came back with $10 to refund on $31.79 order including delivery fees and tips since one side had all the ingredients. (?!?!?!) I Was not ok , so she got manager on the phone, he offered $15 off FROM NEXT PURCHASE. I was not ok with that as I am definitely not ordering from this location again. Also they refuse to give delivery fees back . Manager Blaine ( that is his name) said they can’t do anything and it would be up to general manager, but he is not available at the moment. Also, ironically he replied after describing him the issue: “ hmmm that’s wired “! Is that how you speak with the costumer? Are you the one who made my order and delivered?! Sick. After looking at reviews I am wondering if the head ever looks at reviews. It is a shame to the company and whom ever made these rules. It is the first, that I have to deal with the head of the company for them not taking full responsibility on what they do. Do not order for delivery. Read reviews first. If you do order- do a pick up and check inside the box before leaving the store. At this point it does look like it sled to one side during handling process. But, I am not a pig to be served like that and be told “…well the pizza still has ingredients on one side..” Shame to the company!
Update: It has been two weeks now, that they still looking into this case to make it right. If the main office slaking on their job - what to expect from employees…

Apparently the workers can't get orders right. Items alway left out of big box dinner meals. Check our order when delivered. Not the first time it's happened to me. Get some new quality control. We are not a returning customer.
Missing dipping sauces I paid extra for. Didn’t get the cheese sticks upgraded to and paid extra for.

Gm Lori is rude. Doesn't know how to handle a complaint. Food was not prepared proper and burnt. I don't pay for garbage. If you don't either, drive to spring lake park. Atleast if they screw up, they aren't rude. She is terrible. Thanks for wasting our money on our only budgeted night out to eat this month. I will be calling higher ups.

They don’t honor the $7 deal Pizza Hut promoted endlessly
Ordered and was told delivery in 30 minutes. Called at 45 minutes and told door dash picked it up at the 30 minutes. I am 3 minutes from store and it was delivered at 1 hour and was cold.

It's meant for carry out or delivery, but it has a table if you want to dine in. Standard pizza hut fare, but we got a personal pan and a soda for $7. That's a win.
