First time at Blaine Raising Cane big dining room a little difficult finding the building no sign on the side of building coming through the parking lots but love raising cane chicken and Texas toast

The only thing that taste good is they’re dipping sauce. Otherwise their chicken strips taste like everybody else’s.

I come to this location on average of once a month. It's always clean when I go in, and the food is excellent.

Parking: The parking lot is technically shared with other businesses and has a blind turn heading towards the drive through, where the people leaving cannot see you past the parked cars, and you cannot see them past the parked cars, and the parked cars on the backside of the other businesses prevent wider left turns from the people leaving.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly. Chairs and seats are good heights for children and there are high-chairs available inside.

Wheelchair accessibility: Both doors have ramps. If I recall correctly neither door has a button so wheechair users may need someone to open the door for them.

There was a mistake and I was given the wrong order. I didn't know until getting home. Once I got back 40 minutes after getting my order initially. They corrected everything and made the entire order fresh. And also gave lemonade cards. They went the extra step and have any time I have had an issue. Solid team

Missed 2 pieces of chicken. No big deal, call them and say we don’t want to drive back but they say they can replace the whole order. Alright sure that’s worth heading back. Get back there with the receipt for them to say oh no we’re only gonna give you what you were missing. Waste of our time would have been fine with partial refund over the phone or something rather than heading all the way back for just the strips.

It had been a while since I was at a Caine’s, and my son and I were in the area. We popped in, and there was no waiting to order. The food came promptly, as we both ordered “The Box Combo.” The chicken is always hot, juicy, and delicious. I love Caine’s dipping sauce! The fries are ample and perfect. Coleslaw and toast balance the meal, and I love the lemonade (order it without ice or very little). The staff is very upbeat and attentive. The restaurant and restrooms are clean. I’ll be back again!
