There was a mistake and I was given the wrong order. I didn't know until getting home. Once I got back 40 minutes after getting my order initially. They corrected everything and made the entire order fresh. And also gave lemonade cards. They went the extra step and have any time I have had an issue. Solid team
It had been a while since I was at a Caine’s, and my son and I were in the area. We popped in, and there was no waiting to order. The food came promptly, as we both ordered “The Box Combo.” The chicken is always hot, juicy, and delicious. I love Caine’s dipping sauce! The fries are ample and perfect.
