Updated review 10-2025: I ordered pork belly fried rice. When I ate it, it tasted burnt and the pork was all fatty. I called and asked for a refund. The lady had me come in to show her the food to make sure I didn't eat it all. When I arrived with my food container she proceeded to tell me that I am not Asian and and I don't understand their flavors. First of all how rude and disrespectful Second of all I know what burnt food tastes like. I'm very upset by this.

Everything here is great! BEST PHO in Minnesota. Coming here weekly now. Try the fried pork belly dipped in chilly sauce with some soy sauce.

We came in as a group of 10 people without even calling ahead, and they were able to get us seated with hot steaming and delicious food within minutes. I ordered pho, oyster chicken wings, and the wontons, and let me tell you I was not disappointed! The wontons are a must have, super tasty and for a good price too. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting asain food that tastes good and feels homey.

I rarely leave a bad review but this time I have to. My water is soooo important when I eat, and I am sure everyone needs some sort of drink to swallow their foods. We love the foods here but the service was very poor. The owner/server did not bring us water the whole time she was chatting with others. We went up there to get water since she was the only server to be considerate and help her out. She saw us up there but still kept talking to her customers. I came back to my seat, she saw but she wouldnât come check on us. My partner had to go up there to get to go boxes, she still wouldnât ask if we needed anything. I also noticed she treats her customers very differently.

Amazing pho! I always enjoy eating it plain as it is already so delicious! Chicken wings and pork belly were great, juicy and crispy. Their chili oil is very flavorful and hot! The service here is as good as it gets.

some of the WORST food iâve ever had. it tastes just as bad as it looks. beyond disappointing and disgusting wonât ever be back, i donât recommend anyone waste their money here.
We had sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls, chicken and broccoli and chicken fried rice.The sweet and sour chicken was not good. The chicken was like very average chicken nuggets. The egg rolls were good. The fried rice was not really fried and it had a very distinct shrimp/fish taste. The chicken and broccoli was o.k but nothing to get excited about

My family stopped by Reds Kitchen on a Friday evening after running errands. The plan was simpleâhave dinner, head home, and call it a night. Walking in, our first impression was that the restaurant was very small, but since we were already there, we decided to give it a try.
The ordering process was unusual: you place your order at the register first, then get seated (you donât pay until the end). After waiting about 30 minutes, only one of our five meals came outâmy wifeâs dish. Our kids were so hungry that we had to split her plate just to hold them over. About 15 minutes later, the rest of the meals finally arrived, but the portions were shockingly small. My âlargeâ beef pho came with only five thin slices of beefâno beef strips, no tendonânothing like what youâd expect for the price.
Not wanting to wait another half hour for more food, I went back and ordered egg rolls, thinking theyâd be quick. By then, the kids had already finished eating and were getting restless. Another 10â15 minutes passed with no egg rolls, so we decided to pay and leave. At checkout, my wife asked to cancel them, but the staff said we couldnât because they were âalready in the fryer.â We didnât want to argue, so we just paid and left.
In the car, we gave the egg rolls to the kidsâonly to find they werenât fresh at all, just lukewarm, as if they had been sitting around. In the end, we spent $60â70 at Reds Kitchen and still left hungry. On the way home, we had to stop at McDonaldâs and spend another $20 just to feed everyone. My wife and I didnât even get a proper meal.
This could have been dismissed as a one-time bad experience, but it was disappointing from start to finish. I truly hope the owners take this feedback seriously and make changes:
Portion sizes must be improvedâespecially for the price.
Until then, I wonât be returning.

I don't often give bad reviews but I was quite disappointed with this place. It was recommended by one of my cousins so when my husband and I went, it was quite disappointing. Food was mid, staff had attitude, and didn't seem clean. I'd like to come back one day to see it improved.
