Split Rock Coffee has an amazing flavor and very low acidity! I prefer medium roast flavor myself, but if you still want amazing flavor with low caffeine, the dark roast is incredibly flavorful & robust!

We found out through an off the cuff comment about Minnesota and "how they have the best coffee that side of the Mississippi," lol.. and I decided to ask "what could possibly give you the ability to claim superiority in a market that's been dominated by major corporations and companies not remotely associated with Minnesota for the past 500 years?" My client Bruce said three words that unexpectedly changed our perspective and ultimately our $500 per month coffee expenses. He said "Split Rock Coffee," and then dead silence haha, like he had just mic-dropped the cure for Covid or something! Well, I'll be very blunt, it doesn't cure any medical ailments but it is LITERALLY the best office brew I've ever had the please of stealing credit from. As far as our principal officers at both firms the choice has been Split Rock Coffee Company, this year and for the foreseeable future. I expect this company to take off as this will be their first full year under new ownership!

Split Rock Coffee is much better than most other coffees that are strong, bitter and have too much bite. The dark roast has strength as well as a good body! It's deep earthy complex flavor will probably result in drinking more coffee than normal. It's really a luxury that I can look forward to each morning. The only downside is that it's not available locally yet. Hopefully we can find a way to get Split Rock Coffee into our surrounding grocery stores eventually because it truly is a really solid brand!
