I went to get a Starbucks at 4 PM on Sunday May 18 and there was a group of teenagers working at the register and making the drinks and they were really nice very helpful and they provide a really nice customer service

Kind of sad... So I was sitting one evening and saw a mop passed over counter, which is where drinks are put for customers after they're made. Today the drink matcha with lavender was nothing like what other Starbucks make it like. Basically flat drink not much flavor and cream isn't even purple or fluffy on top and barely much of it. Paid so much but didn't get quality paid for. Their app works half the time as well on Samsung phone.

Pretty condescending and rude staff. It’s been consistent this way at this Starbucks. I try not to go to the Starbucks. They just make you feel really dumb for asking questions.

My husband ordered me my usual drink, iced decaf americano with vanilla and cold foam here yesterday. Less than an hour after drinking it, I started to feel jittery and anxious. It continued to get worse as the hours went on. I do not drink caffeine anymore because my anxiety gets so severe and haven't for over 5 years. I know that my drink was not made decaf. Also, I should not be mixing one of my medications with caffeine. It was a horrible day for me because of that one drink. I'm not trying to be a Karen, but they need to take that seriously. There is a reason people drink decaf.

Omg Benni & Lydia i hope I spelled their names correctly. They Were THE BEST Baresta’s EVER. I had five of my kiddos with me and they were so kind so inviting and made conversation with them when they could. We will be back for sure. They made my Target trip better than usual. Can they get a raise PLEASE!!!! Also not to mention the drinks we paid for were TOP notch THANK YOU Lydia & Benni you made our day special.-Lilly

Had to make a sweet cream cold brew 3 times and still no vanilla and I order 4 extra shots tasted like black coffee not good had to be somewhere so could not wait any longer out of eight dollars and pissed off

Love this place and the baristas are all amazing, especially Maria and Sarah. I witnessed a horribly rude costumer today. He had to wait a few minutes for his drink which is not uncommon in food service restaurants, especially because there was only two baristas working. The rude customer yelled at Savanna, (who was newly promoted to manager and was doing a great job) for how long this drink took and said he was going to leave a bad review. Savanna handled the situation very well. You have an amazing team here! I’m sorry costumers aren’t more understanding. Keep up the good work!
What a fun and cheery bunch of people, with quick, accurate, and perceptive ordering. Brightened my morning coming in for some coffee for myself and my coworker. ☺️ I will be back!
