The people working here seem to despise online orders. I showed up at the exact time the app said my order would be ready (1 latte) and they still complained about how I should not show up until 15 minutes after an order is placed. Mind you, there was NO ONE at the drive thru when I showed up. They have such attitudes and I don’t know why. Do better.

Long story short, DO NOT online order at this location.

This Starbucks is consistently a struggle bus. The drive thru line on a Saturday morning literally ALWAYS takes over 30 minutes, which is absolutely absurd for coffee. On top of that, I’ve been told not to bother mobile ordering if I’m coming through the drive thru as Starbucks doesn’t prioritize mobile orders. What does that even mean? Isn’t the whole point of mobile ordering so you don’t have to wait as long in person if you arrive after the drink is supposed to be done? I wish Blaine had another location.

It would have been nice if they updated their store schedule time. So people wouldn't have to waste their time driving over and just be closed at the time that the store claims to be open. I double check the store hours online and by their door. It was not open at 4:30am.

Super slow service, drive-thru literally took 17 minutes.. this will be the last time I visit this location

Prices keep going up but service and quality/consistency keep going down. Drive through is super slow and my drink was waiting forever by the time I got to the window and tasted nothing like a $6.22 drink should taste. Done with this location.

This is the best starbucks I have been too. Very rarely do they mess up my order and if they do, they apologize and remake the drinks. I personally find that the drinks here taste the best. It is a bit cold in the location but nothing a sweatshirt can't fix.
