everytime I try and go through the drive thru there is not a sign that it is closed so you wait forever until you finally drive up to the window to find out they don’t use the drive through- again no sign

Good place to eat when you have coupons. Otherwise these subs are no longer $5/ftlong. They've more than doubled.

Horrible!! the lady at the counter couldn’t fold our BLT the correct way leaving us with a $13 sandwich with 2 thin pieces of bacon and a mouth full of bread let alone the lady at the counter had a very bad attitude

Its subway, I didn't expect much. But the customer service is great. The new girl is amazing at sandwich making and properly distributes all the ingredients so every bite has everything in it. She also compliments customers for seemingly no reason, which is very kind and welcoming.

Every time I come here it’s a disaster, with the exception of when the manager Jordan is in- that’s the only time we get solid service.

The first time we came there was an argument with an employee and someone that came in freaking out about personal drama- very unprofessional. In front of my children, too.

The other time I came in, there was mistake on my receipt and the gal argued with me about how much change was due- her math was off.

This time there was long wait, there was an employee that was out smoking as explained while someone else was one employee making our sandwiches (he was very nice) but he had hair from some animal ALL over his shirt and I was grossed out the whole time. His zipper was down, too. At one point I had to ask him to change his gloves because there was pet hair on his glove. He did give 10% off of a sandwich because of this.

If you walk in and don’t see the manager Jordan, leave. It’s a mess without him. He needs a raise.

I have ordered from this subway about ten times in the past year and they have not once gotten my order right, whether it be wrong cheese to wrong bread to wrong Sandwhich all together. I don’t recommend this place to anyone when it comes to delivery services go in person hopefully they will get it right that way

There was one guy working and I had a mobile order. It was a little busy so he was working fast. I walked in and my order wasn’t quite ready yet but I was early and he made sure that I got my sandwich as fast as possible. Tasted amazing. Great service. Very kind guy

Took way to long just to get a 6inch sub, and let's not get started on the prices of the subs now days. 8$ for a 6inch cold cut combo is 🤯🤯. Last time I stop at a subway for a while

Zero stars if I could. I eat subway 3 times a week at least, and have NEVER had such a bad experience! Nobody knew what was going on, where things were and we spent $50 on DISGUSTING sandwhiches. I get the same thing every time, and what I got here, was a SALT sandwich. I have salt under my fingernails, on my clothes, its everywhere! I couldnt even eat it, and am at my go to subway in HUGO. The nachos we got didnt have cheese, but had a super super spicy sauce. The pop machine also did not work. Noticed somebody just fixed it but all our drinks tasted like gross water.

Don’t go to this location! Walked in to get a sub for my daughter - NOBODY there - the worker tells me it’s gonna be at least 10 minutes and walks in the back! Wait what? And the several times before that, same issues with quality of food and service. Never will I attempt again.

There was only 3 people in front of us and it took 40 MINUTES to get through the line. They couldn’t figure out the menu numbered items and were rude about it. Ran out of bread. Charged us wrong and couldn’t understand the coupons we had. Ran a gift card and they “cancelled” the payment so our gift card money was gone and they couldn’t credit it and now we have to call subway corporate if we want it back. Good luck!

Arrived on time for a pickup order. It took over 20 minutes to make 3 sandwiches, after scheduled pickup. There was no other customers in the store. Placed the order for white bread and all got wheat. These are the skimpiest sandwiches I’ve ever seen, especially for the price they are. I did the survey and asked to be contacted. 3 weeks later and no one has gotten back to me. We will never go to this store again.

GO TO ANOTHER SUBWAY!
The door was locked so I had to go thru the drive thru. The workers did not respond to the help button at the drive thru menus and when asked the workers didn’t know what the meals were. It also took 20 min sitting I. The drive thru line.
