Don’t go to this location! Walked in to get a sub for my daughter - NOBODY there - the worker tells me it’s gonna be at least 10 minutes and walks in the back! Wait what? And the several times before that, same issues with quality of food and service. Never will I attempt again.

There was only 3 people in front of us and it took 40 MINUTES to get through the line. They couldn’t figure out the menu numbered items and were rude about it. Ran out of bread. Charged us wrong and couldn’t understand the coupons we had. Ran a gift card and they “cancelled” the payment so our gift card money was gone and they couldn’t credit it and now we have to call subway corporate if we want it back. Good luck!

Arrived on time for a pickup order. It took over 20 minutes to make 3 sandwiches, after scheduled pickup. There was no other customers in the store. Placed the order for white bread and all got wheat. These are the skimpiest sandwiches I’ve ever seen, especially for the price they are. I did the survey and asked to be contacted. 3 weeks later and no one has gotten back to me. We will never go to this store again.

GO TO ANOTHER SUBWAY!
The door was locked so I had to go thru the drive thru. The workers did not respond to the help button at the drive thru menus and when asked the workers didn’t know what the meals were. It also took 20 min sitting I. The drive thru line.
Went through the drive thru at 5:50pm ordered one ☝️ 6 inch sub 3 employees in the front at 6:02 pm we were rang up inside we saw no other customers. 2 employees went to the back one employee made are sub threw it down by the drive thru window walked away a female came up ignored us we knocked on the window as we paid already for the sandwich she was extremely rude . I said we’ve been sitting here 25 minutes and her response was I had 3 turnovers. Ok and ….. I hope the owners can find better employees we definitely won’t be back. Also self care she was extremely not together try and teach customer service a simple sorry for the wait but instead rudeness. She needs training.
If you ever want to get food quickly do not come to this specific subway! It’s one of the worse subways I been too. They are always out of something. Bread, chicken, or even soda. The workers are also never doing their job, just standing there and not even doing drive thru orders. I been here at least 5 times and I’m done giving them chances. Save your money and don’t come here!

So disappointed with this Subway location since they switched owners a few years ago. Multiple times I have gone through the drive thru and waited 20+ minutes for 1 sandwich when it's not busy inside and they get my order wrong each time. When I stopped by last night, the ONLY worker there told me they were "basically out of everything." That will be the last time I will ever go to this location. The employees are not quick, accurate, apologetic, or friendly.

I wouldn't recommend going here. On multiple occasions they've run out of bread. You have 1 job. How do you consistently run out of bread? Service is slow and orders are wrong. Online ordering hasn't been done on time or correctly.

While eating my lunch with my friend and his elderly father the next customer was not happy with the wait time and the workers attitude. It led to a large verbal altercation between the two. The female worker then started using profane language at the customer. We got tired of hearing it and left, but I couldn't be silent. I went back in and told the worker she was being unprofessional and it was wrong to swear at anyone. She then directed her tirade to me and cursed me out. I just left because she was out of control. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Save yourself time & just go inside. Drive thru wait time is ridiculous & you can’t even leave it bc the space is insanely small. Was in the drive thru for 27 min…which is ridiculous considering how many people I see leaving the parking lot after going inside. I think they neglect drive thru customers. Anyways, management should have this brought to there attention because there must be a shortage on staff (just close the drive thru) saves both me and you time, ridiculous.

The two members working were so incredibly slow making my order that after 40 minutes of waiting I had to cancel the order and walk out. My order was made incorrectly before I canceled it. When I told them I couldn't wait any longer, there was no apology given or admittance of fault that they'd done anything wrong. They were working at a pace of four sandwiches per hour BETWEEN THE TWO OF THEM.

30 minutes and took you 3 tries to get a meatball sub cooked and in the end it's a sloppy crappy mess. Do better.
I work across the street, at crunch.
Manager gave us workers free sub coupons and i got food poisoning from the ham…. Workers are never cleanse, take their sweet time, don’t wash their hands before changing their gloves.
Would not recommend.

Every time I go to this location I get my lil cheese or chicken dippers I always get treated the best the day crew Gm/ Manager always working her ass off always chatting with me as well makes me feel better always good vibes when she’s there!!
