Ordered 8 things and got 5 on the last order. Every time we order from here we are ALWAYS missing items. I have yet to have a fully completed order. This TB is not very good. I won't be getting anything from this location again, this has gotten to be quite ridiculous.

Ordered online, the single customization was not correct, got cold coffee instead of hot and anytime I give this location it is a huge disappointment. 10/10 will continue to drive out of my way to support a different franchise, as this one is the worst I’ve seen yet.

Place smelled like cat piss and weed. Dirty tables and floors. Waited over 20 minutes for 3 items and asked for a refund and did not even get the correct amount back.

it's hard to understand why when you own what could be a pretty prosperous business you don't treat your good employees decently enough for them to stay. inventory is low. food safety is terrible. does their coffee machine work now? their drive-thru menu sign wasn't lighting last i went and so you couldn't read it in the dark. this place cannot last. why waste your time and money and risk your health by going here not worth it. i'll stick with Gilberto's. or try a taco truck or some place else. NOTHING. is made fresh here . Back in the late 70's they cooked fresh hamburger. not anymore. SCAREY. The machines are not cleaned properly and they need a freaking inspection to help protect the public.

Morning crew is great. Night crew is trash, ordered 2 things, cost me almost $20 and the 2 items were made incorrectly. Called and spoke with manager and said he couldn't give me a refund because his boss left. Ok? Never again.
Tried stopping here and they are never open. I try to stop after work when I am off at 11pm and all their lights are off. Came here before 930pm one night and they said they were closed. Are you guys even open anymore at this point?
