You have to order pretty much even kiosks here. Sometimes there may be someone to take your order at the pickup table but it seemed to be infrequent when we were there as there were only 3 staff we could see filling orders in the back. It is a smaller taco bell so has only so many seating options. They had a power outage when we were there so got a little backed up / behind as systems came back up, etc. They managed to get everything back and get our orders out but it was hard to catch anyone in all the rush to get back on track. So unusual experience but we have had great service in the drive through before too.

Food alright, not amazing. Potato oles were great, tacos too spicy for my mouth, so husband ate mine. Said they were great and he ordered extra cheese. Very expensive as are most thing now.

Food was good. But thank God they wear gloves because their soap dispenser in the men's room doesn't even work.
So I go through the drive-thru and I asked for a soft beef taco supreme and I asked to have the sour cream spread Over The Taco instead of just a blob like they normally do on one end of the Taco well I got back home went through the drive-thru my order was $6.50 or something like that I got home and it was a beef chalupa Supreme not even close to a taco supreme and on top of that guess what sour cream that they put on it was a blob at the end of one end of the taco

If they forget one of your items you don’t get your money back they just think give tou $2 off next time is good enough. This place is a scam. Ever since new management took over it’s been horrible.

My son decided he wanted Taco Bell for lunch, so we decided to stop in and eat inside. We ordered on the app, picked up our food and sat in the dining area to eat. There was a bald gentleman also eating, and taking pictures of everything. He seemed to work there. He burped so loud and disgustingly several times while we were eating. He then left for a bit and came back reeking of cigarettes. If you’re going to let your employees eat there, maybe have them shower and be less disgusting around other people there.

on 05/28/2025 at 6:00 pm me and my 3 friends came to taco bell for 1/4 of us food purchase . 3/4 of us brought food from chick-fil-a to eat at our last stop ( taco bell ) when one younger , one older both male came over with a nasty attitude and demanded we left because we were “ bringing in outside competition” as well as because we weren’t gonna make a purchase when we clearly stated we were , they said it was fine if we did end up making a purchase . when it came to picking up the taco bell purchase that we did make of two tacos and a beverage we were demanded to leave again due to the fact that our meal purchase price “was too little“ when being asked if it was a policy we were told “ it can be ! “ but avoided giving a real answer. a nice young female came up to us and said it was fine and went to the back but out of disgust we left . we felt micro aggressed because before even all of us could sit down they immediately told us to leave as if we weren’t planning to purchase from here, and maintained an aggressive/hostile tone with us throughout this whole interaction. and taco bell is cheap in general, so one persons order isn’t going to be 20$. it seemed unnecessary and targeted.
