The employee who handed me my food seemed nice, but someone had just quit and they had locked the doors because of it. My box of food was all just bread and cheese and I sort of expected it to be from that initial experience but I was still sad to see that.

When busy they are super slow and screw up alot. When not busy they are fast and friendly and cool. But waiting at the drive through for 15+ minutes every time really sucks.Update: 2-15-24. The information provided is still relevant. I would add that prices have gone up dramatically, and I come here less and less because of that. Not the price specifically, but the price to quality ratio is way off. It's also extremely frustrating when they keep removing menu items all the time constantly. In 1 instance, staff refused to take my order 30-40 minutes before closing time at the drive-thru. Which is ridiculous.Parking: Plenty of parking.

Good selection of fast Mexican food. But they have converted to the soul-less kiosk based ordering, eliminating any social contact with the employees. The seating has also become featureless and sterile. I am left with the distinct impression that they would just as soon only do drive up. Sad to see this turn away from face to face contact with their customers. Next step will be to have robots prepare your order.

Brenna at that this location showed me the upmost respect and hospitality, her knowledge and customer service really is appreciated during such a significant time we’re people rarely trust going out to eat anymore. I told her the experience I had at another Taco Bell and she told me to come visit her and she definitely made it worth while! Brenna I also hope you enjoyed coming to CarHop to get a reliable vehicle to get you to the job you serve very well ?!!!
