This location is terrible. They either get orders wrong, forget items completely, or if you're super unlucky like me, BOTH! But if you like dry burritos and stale tacos, then this is the location to go to!

I frequently go to this location and it was pretty decent up until this point but they seem to be getting worse i ask for no lettuce because my friend is allergic to it they get rashes/hives because of it so I always ask for no lettuce and this is not ok it has happened twice now.

I got in line for the drive thru with about 6 or 7 cars in front of me at 7:05. I left the drive through at 7:35. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru with only max 7 cars in front of me. I don’t understand. there was no sense of urgency when i FINALLY arrived at the window. No apologize for the long wait at the speaker or the window. Employees seemed annoyed to be helping customers. it’s your job to help us. It’s quite ridiculous to spend 25 minutes in a drive thru line at taco bell. I’ve been to other locations with more cars than that that i got through in under 10 minutes. will not be returning to this location. there are tons others in Blaine and surrounding areas.
I got a quesadilla and it was only cut into 3 pieces. Taco has barely any meet. I was told the manager was making food tonight. Get rid of them if they don’t know how to make food correctly!

I ordered on my phone while here and waited 25 minutes while everyone after me received their food even though I told them I was here. I was told that because I ordered on my phone that every other order was going to be made before mine simply because I ordered on my phone and was checked in as here it doesn’t matter to them even everyone after me will be helped first because I ordered on my phone. Kind of crazy they’re trying to force us not to come to their counter and order, but I am being penalized for using my Phone app. Very ridiculous!
