Feel like it’s gone downhill. Used to like it. Went with my mom last week for first time in a year. Just thought the food was so average. Nachos were awful tho. The prices tho-so high! Act like they are a fancy steakhouse. Drink prices are super high. Won’t be hurrying back. Service was good no problem with that. I would hope so tho since was hardly anyone there. Maybe because nobody can afford it 😂.

Shockingly I ordered the chicken fettuccini Alfredo and it was dry and lacked flavor. I ordered a side of Alfredo sauce to hopefully perk it up but it didn’t help much. Next time I’ll just go somewhere else.

Bummer!! Their BYO salad lost the “WOW”factor. 1/2 the salad for the same price ($20+ with protein option). Feels more like an average salad now. Tried it twice, it was not a fluke, it’s their new menu sizing. At least Zupas gives you bread.

My son and I stopped in for dinner as I had a gift card to use. Our server Andrea was wonderful! We ordered our food and it arrived looking great! My son liked his salad a lot and my Rueben, while not traditional, was tasty. I was sadly less than impressed with the Maple Bacon Brussels I got with my sandwich and let Andrea know. She let her manager know right away and they both were SO kind and thanked me for letting them know my concerns. They offered us a piece of chocolate cake (which was super yummy!) to make up for the side not being so great. Amazing customer service! We will be back!
Used to go once every 2 weeks,so not really a regular,but also not too little to not notice the changes they've made. Menu has been cut down,and prices have gone up (very slightly) with smaller portions. Still tasty,but not as amazing as it was before. At this point, id go just for a beer or two,the food isnt the thing to come for any longer. At least the member beers are still $5,or my membership would have gone to waste...

We had a work get-together, and you accommodated all 11 of us. We had great service and the food was excellent!
I had the bang bang shrimp appetizer, which was phenomenal and huge!
A couple of people had the Reubens, which they said was amazing!

Wasn't busy but still took over a hour to get our food, when we got it one person was missing some toppings for their waffle frys, all of our frys were cold by the time they got to us, the server only checked on us once after we ordered and that was after someone else brought our food to us and we were just finishing up some our food, when we mentioned the cold food and the missing toppings to our server she said she was sorry and offered to get us new food but by then it was way to late. When it was time for us to leave we asked for our checks and then waiting another 15 minutes or so for them to come back and we asked for two to go boxes, we all waited 25 more minutes and with the server still no where to be found I walked to a group of servers chatting and asked one of them if they can get me two and they brought them over right away.
Would not go here again based on the customer service and cold food, which the food being cold to me means the kitchen was on top of it and probably great but the server ruined it.
