I never write reviews, but this was really disappointing. Not only do you have to order everything yourself using your phone, nobody comes to clear empty plates or sodas either. The food was sub par at most. My son barely ate any of his pizza because it was in a pool of grease. Onion rings are literally $1.00 each and mushy. The staff take the “order yourself” thing very seriously- they drop off your food and don’t ask if you need anything, just walk away… even when you just need some extra silverware. This is a poor business model as they are paying PLENTY of staff to sit on their phones in the kitchen area (observed this happening) and literally do what appears to be absolutely nothing. When I ordered refills on soda, the person who brought them accused us of already having received them and nearly walked away with them. Save yourself the trip.

Food was very good, fries were seasoned very well to my taste. Not super keen on the web app service to order, it is convenient and self paced, but certainly weird when at the end you are pressured to tip (so far McDonald's app or culvers does not pressure users to leave a tip, not sure why tipsy steer is much different). Overall tasty and fun experience.

We didn't care for the atmosphere, high ceilings, soccer teams, bright lighting and flies. They had the doors open and it was hotter than heck. We all dressed for air conditioning. I ordered the margherita pizza...not the best, NO SAUCE no taste, no seasoning although it was cooked well. The fried sunnies were good but the fries were luke warm and mooshy. Bacon jam burger not bad and dry rubbed chicken wings were cooked well but were lacking flavor. You have to order with the phone and they bring either your beer or meal. You get your own silverware, napkins and condiments. I guess just not the place for us but the food wasn't anything to write home about.

If someone orders a plain burger don't put pickles on the side my burger was soaked with pickle juice. We also ordered 2 burgers plain and a side of fries figuring we'd get to plain burgers and split the fries well we got more fries than we needed infant we got enough for like 4 to 6 people because the burgers came with fries. Not a good experience.

Terrible experience. Honestly, there’s no service here at all. No one comes to your table — you’re expected to figure out the QR code ordering system, pay upfront, and you’re forced to leave a tip in advance for service you haven’t even received yet. The waiters were rude, unfriendly, and kept dropping things. One spilled sauce right next to my friend (thankfully not on their clothes), and food was literally tossed onto the table so it fell apart.
We constantly had to get up ourselves and go to the waiters for utensils, glasses, or anything else that was missing. It honestly felt like we came there not to enjoy a meal and conversation with friends, but to run around chasing down the basics. When I asked for a cup for sparkling water, the waiter reacted like I had asked for money.
For this level of food and service, the prices are outrageous. What exactly are the tips for? By the end, we were joking that maybe we’d also be expected to wash our own dishes. Honestly, even McDonald’s gives you better treatment and service than this place.

Trivia Wednesday is loud, but the patio is nice. Drinks are excellent, which is about right for a brewery pub.

There’s flies and gnats everywhere ..
the gluten free buns are a waste of money. It fell apart 4 bites in to my burger. Don’t waste your money. And $3.50 for a cauliflower crust for pizza is way too expensive. AND it’s not even offered for the kids pizza. So if your kid is celiac/gluten intolerant and they want pizza, this is not the place for you.

Food was cold when I got there, l ordered by phone and the food was not seasoned. Want order from the Blane location again.
The food was a real surprise. You look at the menu thinking you’ll get standard bar fare, but then you see things like brisket grilled cheese, chicken tinga bowls, or nachos loaded with vegan chorizo, and you realize they’ve put some thought into it. I went for a burger and stole a few bites of a buddy’s pizza. Ordering is easy—either at the counter or with the QR code at your table. Honestly, I liked not having to flag someone down. Pairing the food with a pint from Invictus Brewery next door sealed the deal.
Overall, it’s a place I could see becoming a regular stop and I am glad my buddy recommended to me.

Chill vibes, especially with their outdoor dining. Tried the chicken & waffles w/ a spicy maple syrup and it was delicious — perfectly crispy chicken, fluffy waffles, and just the right balance of sweet and spicy. Fast friendly service, Definitely worth a visit!
