I ordered a large pizza, pickle cheese bread, it was alright and also I ordered the Mac and cheese and it was horrible! Cooked plain noodles with just melted cheese on top. Was told they wouldn’t refund that item because it’s partial and they can’t do a partial refund. Won’t be ever ordering from you guys again.

Every time I place an online order for a pizza, it’s never correct. I do have to make some changes to the ingredients when I’m getting a specialty pizza because I’m allergic. But every time I get it, they never make the changes that I asked for and end up not eating it because I can’t. This has happened multiple times and frankly I’m sick of it because it’s only for MY pizza. Anyone else’s is always correct. And I do let the staff know that it needs to be remade, but all I get from them is attitude. Sorry but I’m not the one who didn’t make the pizza incorrect the first time.

First time ordering from Toppers. I ordered 2 pizzas for carryout. Girl said she made a mistake on one and was making a new one. No big deal. The other was a classic pizza without the sausage. Pizza tasted really good. I'm just really disappointed in the lack of toppings. Barely any of the mushrooms, peppers, or onions.

Was in restaurant, and the employee was EXTREMELY rude to Uber Eats driver. She only yelled at this one driver for not having a bag. I will never come back. You need to treat people with respect, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Better train your employees on how to give good customer service.

They never deliver on time, it's almost always over 20 minutes late. Pizza is also usually barely warm by the time it gets here. 2 out of the 3 of our previous orders have been inedible. First one had some kind of oven soot or ash all over it, and they refused to remake it unless we drove there to pick it up and then mocked me over the phone before giving me a refund. Ordered again because the kids insisted, but again pizza was so overdone it was completely inedible again. Won't be getting any of my business anytime soon.
The male manager with a long grey beard at this location needs a swift attitude adjustment. He was condescending and rude. Refused to create a solution for a mistake he and his team made on my pizza. He doesn't want to do his job that a teenager is well qualified for. I'll be taking my business to Domino's.

Unfortunately pizza came smashed up and pop was forgotten. Seems like Everytime we order something is forgotten. Delivery driver showed back up with out announcement at 9 pm with pop and woke up entire household.

Not worth the hassle, ordered at 5:15. Said 7:10 delivery. Now almost 8pm ETA direct from Website. Pretty sure I saw the Uber car drive by my house on the map route (as my eta changed from 721 to 750.
