UMBRIA Gourmet Pizzeria

I have to start by saying Umbria makes a really good pizza and it has been our go to favorite but, the last 2 times I've ordered have been disappointing. The previous time my pizza was made wrong. Forgot to put sausage on it. She heated up sausage and added most of what she heated up to the pizza. It appeared she saved a little for herself to snack on. That was a bit odd. Problem was that all the sausage rolled off the slices by not being put on first. Ok. I'll give them an off night. Mistakes happen. The most recent time was yesterday. I had a BOGO coupon and ordered 2 pies. Was told that coupon was only good on Monday's because Wednesday is a slow night. Doesn't say that on the coupon anywhere. The lady working did call the owner and he did finally offer 50% off 2nd piece but my coupon should have been honored. I should note anytime the owner has been there the service and quality have been top notch. He's a real nice guy. The last 2 times the service and quality has not been the best and owner has not been there.. I'll try one more time but after that move on to a new favorite pizza joint if it's disappointing again.

The stuffed mushrooms were good.
The Alfredo pasta was fine.
The pizza was not good.
The garlic bread had garlic and bread involved, but that not apparently enough to make it even fine.

I won't be ordering from here anymore since they can't even deliver a pizza themselves. Doordash is horrible and I never use them for this reason

The pizza & pasta is very good. I'm disappointed in the change to the spinach artichoke appetizer

Nice little hidden treasure. The pizza was tier 5 star delicious, almost wish I snuck a slice fresh off the oven (had to drive home). Everyone at home was impressed and for the price about $18 for the second to largest pizza. Small accent/language barrier but honestly the gentleman was very friendly and good spirited. The establishment looked like a different business was make shifted into their setup, again nothing wrong with it just not enough room for additional seating and some walls and doors blocked with lack of room. I'm sure one day they will build their own custom building with how good their pizza is.

I have been ordering from Umbria pizza for at least 7 to 10 years best pizza hands down ever I just wish I lived closer Nick and his family are a great team

Ordered through grub hub. Had a driver at the restaurant to pick up. Order canceled after waiting an hour. Kids didnt need dinner. Its fine. Not again

Sadly Domino's is better. Not sure who's spamming these reviews, but don't believe them. Pre-made dough with no taste and a flavorless toppings and poor execution
