I have to start by saying Umbria makes a really good pizza and it has been our go to favorite but, the last 2 times I've ordered have been disappointing. The previous time my pizza was made wrong. Forgot to put sausage on it. She heated up sausage and added most of what she heated up to the pizza. It appeared she saved a little for herself to snack on. That was a bit odd. Nice little hidden treasure. The pizza was tier 5 star delicious, almost wish I snuck a slice fresh off the oven (had to drive home). Everyone at home was impressed and for the price about $18 for the second to largest pizza. Small accent/language barrier but honestly the gentleman was very friendly and good spirited. First time trying pizza from here and it did not disappoint. Will always be getting pizza from here from now on. I got the thin crust 12 inch BYO with Mozzarella. Pizza was cooked to perfection. Most other places around don’t cook it all the way through.
