If only I can give 0 stars. This VIVI is by far the worst location I’ve been to. There was only 1 worker and he seemed to be somewhere from South Asia/ Desi region and was very rude. My friend ordered a drink with 30% sweetness level and the guy insisted on 50% instead, made us feel very uncomfortable and didn’t wash his hands. Drink was a matcha and it was more of a brown drink with no green whatsoever. Drink was still pretty sweet for 30% sweetness level. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Went here the first time and it was great. My second time, they couldn't understand what I was ordering. I got the flaming brown sugar drink. It's like they didn't know how to make it. No brown sugar at all, tasted like straight milk. The boba was very hot, so my drink was basically hot. BUT tell me how you have fresh boba pearls made and they are STILL UNCOOKED. Overall I was disappointed by whoever made this. It was a guy and girl both with glasses.

I have been here several times. The customer service has always been subpar, but I really like their strawberry slush with strawberry pearls and I only really interact when I place my order, so I didn't really think it was a big deal until today. When I approached the man was eating his lunch right at the register. He greeted me and I placed my order, as I was taking out my payment, he burped really loud several times. He didn't say excuse me or anything.
He started making my drink, but I noticed he didn't even wash his hands before touching the glass or anything to make my drink. It really grossed me out. I kept watching him make my drink and I noticed he was grabbing things that didn't even looked washed. Once he had my drink completed and put the plastic on top, he rubbed his hand over the top of my drink several times.
The man that was working today around 11am needs to be talked to. It made me so uncomfortable that I maybe took two sips out of the drink and threw it away because I didn't feel comfortable drinking something that the environment and staff that it was made in and by was really sanitized.

Don’t get the coffee jelly boba drink…the texture of the jelly was so weird and the coffee tasted like it came out of an instant coffee packet. Just not good

I LOVE THIS PLACE??. Boba is on we of my favorite drinks ever and if your near and you love Boba too, go here. If your at this mall and theres nothing else you really want, they don't have the pearls in some drinks, if you don't want to make your own, get the blue galaxy, trust me, when you stir the drink with the straw, it turns purple. So, definitely go here sometime.

Aisha, has THE BEST customer service there out of all the other workers. Such a sweet/kind individual! Every time she suggests a flavor it’s on point. Truly enjoy her spirit!
They got a new oat topping and I LOVED it. It tastes really good with creamy drinks. It's like the perfect bit of crunch and still soft! Also, I get the popcorn chicken everytime. I'm still working my way thru all the flavors. So far, they all are so good! Give this place a try if you happen to be in the mall!
