We’ve been going since they opened and always loved it. This last time things have gone way down hill. Your arms stick to the tables and the condiment bottles are just filthy sticky. The food was at best subpar. Part of our order was sushi, they serve it with no pickled ginger and no wasabi????

We have eaten here many times and it has always been delicious! With that said we went today and it was not good. Tables were dirty ( always have been) but floors were dirty too. We were asked if it was for here or to go, we said here, it came in Togo containers. The food quality was not as it had been in the past. I write this post in hopes that you make some changes to cleanliness and food quality.

We waited 3 hours for our order tonight. When we called after 2 hours we were told it was out for delivery.... 50 minutes later we called and were told it still had yet to be actually made because they forgot and that the manager told me it was out for delivery prior so we wouldn’t complain. That’s great. I would have rather been told the first time they forgot so I could order from somewhere else. Funniest part is that even calling to ask and they STILK FORGOT MY ORDER AGAIN! Issues here every time- What a joke.

We like Jet's pizza at our house. Deep dish is amazing! Customer service is not. We won't be using this store anymore. We ordered a pizza at 5:19. Said it would be here at 6:03. At 6:30 called and they said it's on it's way. At 6:53 they called us and said they made a mistake and would we like to have them made and delivered. No offer of refund. This is the SECOND time this has happened to us. No stars. Don't recommend.

Customer service is the worst I have dealt with in YEARS!!! They forgot our sides for the 2nd time in two weeks! I asked for a manager and I got a snotty girl who told me it’s not her problem that I didn’t get the sides that did NOT get rung through to the kitchen and I did NOT pay for. She argued that I got a credit on my delivery from 2 weeks ago for those same sides! When I told her I did NOT get any credit on my card, she then changed her story and told me I never paid for them! I asked for her manager and was told to hold while she gets his number. She came back to the phone and continued to rant at me about not paying for sides I expected to get. I told her to stop and give me the number to the manager - her response - she doesn’t give out anyone’s personal number. I need to call back tomorrow and ask for Nick or Matt!!!!

Jets pizza is a terrible value. I used to get Jet’s all the time in Michigan, so it’s a treat when I get to a location now in the Twin Cities. But I was mislead into a $10 “special” for 4 squares of pizza today. That’s not what I remember at all. Little Caesar’s 8 corner isn’t as good, but for half the price and close to home I’ll just do that in the future.
