Ordered here at 11:35 in the drive through. Got my order in the drive through at 11:50. The fries were cold. The burger was wet from grease. The drive through attendant didn't pay attention. I will never go back here. I don't know if it's Wendy's or this location specifically.

This place is garbage. I don’t understand how hard is it to not forget the nugget. The first time I order I get no nugget second time I order also no nugget. You’re a fast food worker not nuclear scientists.

Again terrible experience. I dont understand why i keep trying . Used mobile order , the coupon i had on my order deleted due to me editing the bag for pick up vs drive thru , as i cannot accese the drive thru . My 7 dollar order became 11. I then i requested it be made on my way there as i am crunched for time . I stood at the counter for over 10 mins while the 4 employees served the drive thru . Eextremely disappointed . I will not be trying wendys any longer

Not sure what’s been going on at this location. I’ve stopped here twice within the past week. No more.
Visit 1 on 9/23 approx 10:30:
Sausage and cheese English muffin was literally soaked in and dripping grease. No exaggeration. When I unwrapped the sandwich the grease spilled out of the wrapper and dripped all over my shirt and lap. The sandwich was soaked in grease. I’ve never seen something like this and unsure how it happened. Inedible.
Sausage biscuit- so dry couldn’t be eaten. Sausage had probably been cooked or microwaved an hour before. Couldn’t chew as it was so tough.
Crazy! Complete opposite problems with the sandwiches but both went in the trash. My son had one breakfast sandwich that was edible.
Visit 2 on 9/30 about 4:05pm:
I pulled up and no one was ahead of me in the drive through. The lady said “I’ll be right with you”
I waited…..
she eventually came back, greeted me and I started to order. She interrupted me as I was ordering. “one second, I’ll be right with you”
I waited….. finally I said “Hello??”
She said a third time “I’ll be right with you”
I said, “I really need to order as I need to be to an appointment soon.”
She rudely said “Then you can go… have a nice day.” (Bear in mind there had been no one in front of me in line this entire time. The parking lot was very quiet as well.)
I backed up slightly and then she greeted me like I was a new customer and finally took my order.
The entire thing was bizarre.
Food was again, very bad. Like it had been microwaved. Chicken nuggets, cold fries and a bacon cheeseburger.
Unfortunately, no pictures, both of these visits were done bc my kids were rushing between activities and appointments and I was driving. Wish I could have captured the grease soaked English muffin.
Will not be returning and suggest the management get their act together.

Went in to order and there was 3 people working. The Manager was talking to the other employee asking if he would take her shift and talking all the time. My son was with me and he was waiting for her to take his order that was a extra 12 mins. There was other people that just walked out of the restaurant. I finally got my food. Waiting on my Son and she finally took his order he order 2 things and took 26 mins. The manager was not paying attention and she was talking to employees about her job and trying to get out of her shift again. Would not go there again food was cold.
