The staff was great from the very start. The woman at the register who took our order, listened then suggested ways to make it more affordable by adjusting our selections to the different combos.
We later overheard the manager supporting one of her workers with positive verbal encouragement.
The same manager was later completing a task of cleaning an area that could have been done by someone else but was leading by example.
The best part was when she noticed my son and approached us asking questions about him and taking the time to listen about his syndrome and special conditions. She had brought over a few extra kids meal toys for him to pick from. She also spent an equal amount of time with my daughter which was very nice.
This was one of my best experiences at a fast food restaurant or any restaurant for that matter. It's nice to see such a great group of caring individuals working together to create such wonderful experiences for their customers.
My only regret was that I didn't think to catch their names before I left.

Service is usually slow some workers are really nice and others not as much but the few that are nice go above and beyond
if I could I would leave them all blank, because the people that work this store can not read orders right and make them right i recommend don't order from them do to they won't fix the problem if you order through the app. they say the cant do anything.

This is definitely one of the most accessible fast food restaurants. Very cheap prices, which you still get tons of food for, the drive thru line is almost never longer than 5 minutes max, and the employees seem so caring and make some of the freshest food ever. If you don't ever go here, START! The food has accommodations for all different types of people, and is one of the only people who use actual meat.

Placed an order using the noble app. Arrived 20 minutes after I placed the order. The order was not ready. Had to wait about 10 minutes , sez something about potatoes not ready. The associate apologized, but no other compensation was offered.

Tina is absolutely amazing and my personal hero for the day for sure I work right by Wendy and due to issues with my employees I was not able to go and pick my food up, but she was able to help me out so I was still be able to eat liver. I can’t can think of better customer service I’ve had in the last six months for sure and big thank you to her crew. You guys are awesome. Thank you so much and the food taste fabulous.

This likely the best Wendy’s I have eaten at in years. Food was prepared fast and cooked perfectly. Dining room was spotless and there was no one arguing in back. I was about to write Wendy’s off and decided to try it here and I am glad I did, because I love the Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich.
