If I could give zero ratings. This location does not deserve even 1 star. I understand they are busy but greeting to take an order and explaining they are busy is better customer service than ignoring your customers. There was no body else waiting to order inside. The tattooed staff even cussed about a customer waiting for their order outside the window stating they were impatient. Walked out.

Best white castle around. Fresh food, no long waits and employees care about the quality as well as the customers.
Vegetarian options: No longer carry the veggie burger. There is a plant base slider though. The impossible, which comes with roasted onions, pickles and smoked cheddar cheese.
Kid-friendliness: No kids menu, but all items are kids size.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they have handicap tables as well as parking
