Placed an online order got it all ordered and paid for and then you get there to pick it up and they tell you their systems down for 30 minutes maybe you should update your app or your website when that stuff happens. Thanks for wasting customers time and gas to come there and then you guys aren’t even open for business do better White Castle do better management definitely will not try this restaurant again and will definitely get the word out. What kind of business they run communication is number one get with it

So I waited in drive up for over 15 minutes to be told I could either wait patiently or leave, there was 4 cars behind me and one in the parking lot, I was told they were extremely busy which they weren't some kid male kept saying the rude comments. Apparently the manager unacceptable..

Took 29 mins for our order , person behind us left because of the wait and food wasnt horrible but not pleasing. The worker didnt care and was rude with lack of service even after we called the store when we were waiting to place our order because of the long wait. Personally needs faster service and not worth the wait overall.
Great experience. Food was as expected at 5am. Most of the time, the morning staff is very friendly. White Castle is an acquired taste, but I love them.

Just bad. I got there at 10:20pm there are 4 people in the order line and 2 people paying. The line doesnt move the first time for 15 minutes. It took an additional 30 for me to get my food. During the online ordering process which i used it doesnt tell yoi that they dont make the 1921 burger after 10 pm so i had to call my roommate and get his new order. No big deal till i tried to communicate that to the cashier and he looked at me like i was speaking Chekeslovokian. Finally his coworker pushed him out of the way. I was concerned he was having a stroke. The food was fine. Its white castle.
