Came to the store for a doordash order right at midnight. I know they close at midnight but they had the order ready, on the pickup shelf and would not answer the phone. They were all standing at the counter. The pickup time was 12:06, so im sure they made the order knowing they'd be locking the doors by the time to food was ready, but its a great plan if.ypu want to keep the food for yourself. They put a third bag on the shelf as I was writing this review.

Came in at 9:44 (I live 1hr and 1/2 away), patiently sat there for like 30 minutes after ordering (people who came in after me were already receiving their orders). Also waited a couple minutes for my sister’s order. Had to stop and get gas, all for me to come home to some bare ahh wings. Called to explain and see what could be done because if I were to drive back they would’ve been closed. The manager laughed and said “You came in at 9:44 and it’s 11:30, what do you want me to do?”. I explained the reason as to why I came home so late and then she just put me on hold, no “One moment let’s see what I can do” nothing just sat there on hold. I ended up hanging up because I know they were just trying not to deal with me. Check your wings because I guess putting seasoning on some wings is mentally challenging and physically demanding for them.

Poor customer service. Walked in at 11pm, they close at midnight. We were told that we can only place online orders. So we went back to our car and placed an order through the app. I just don’t understand this concept whatsoever and the employee could not answer us as to why that was what had to be done.

I ordered wings from here for delivery but never received my food. I called store and talked to the manager and he let me come in and pick it up and gave me fresh food. Romero was very nice to us. I really appreciate him

Went in on a busy night and was helped in a few minutes. Food was ready shortly after. Service was great!
Ordered meal online for pick up. Went to register for meal. Staff couldn’t find my order, but it was sitting with just 1 other bag on the pick up table. The fries had been sitting for a long time as they were HARD and no warmth to them at all- completely inedible. The chicken was warm and crispy but the sauces were not impressive. Blue cheese and ranch seemed to be watered down.

Don’t claim you’re open until 12 AM if you stop taking orders at 11. I came in and was told by a staff member ‘we’re not taking orders right now’ with zero care or explanation. It’s clear this is coming from whoever’s running the place, just hiding in the back while the staff turns people away. I drove 14 minutes just to be told that? It’s ridiculous. The service feels selective, they treat some customers nice and ignore the rest. This place is misleading and unprofessional. Be upfront with your hours and actually stick to them.

I stopped in at 11:27 pm since they close at midnight I figured that would be fine it was my first time comming to a wing stop the they were cleaning and the girl behind counter told sorry we are not taking anymore orders. I ask are you not open until midnight and she said yes but we need a hour to clean I then asked her why they don't clean after they close and she said they can't. They lost a new customer on my first visit.
