I ordered wings from here for delivery but never received my food. I called store and talked to the manager and he let me come in and pick it up and gave me fresh food. Romero was very nice to us. I really appreciate him
Ordered meal online for pick up. Went to register for meal. Staff couldn’t find my order, but it was sitting with just 1 other bag on the pick up table. The fries had been sitting for a long time as they were HARD and no warmth to them at all- completely inedible. The chicken was warm and crispy but the sauces were not impressive. Blue cheese and ranch seemed to be watered down.
Wingstop as a chain provides better quality and tasting wings when compared to others (not going to mention any names). I also get their bone-in original hot and lemon pepper wings and let me tell you - these ALWAYS hit the spot!
