We cannot say enough about our experience with the 5120 staff and venue. This may be more of a review for the Onyx bar and the garden room. We had our daughter's wedding here and long story short, after our initial venue cancelled on us 2 weeks before the wedding, we scrambled and found the 5120 venue. In 2 weeks, they helped us get a caterer, tasting, and worked with us every step of the way. We cannot say enough about all of the staff at the 5120 venue. Thank you so much for your hospitality and flexibility to make our special evening so amazing!

Amazing staff and service!! We had our daughters wedding reception there last minute because our first venue canceled on us and we are so glad they did because it's a hidden gem of a location and turned out way better than the first place. Gaby was a rock star with all the catering and all the little details and requests. Thank you!

It looks like a new owner took over this property and they are just ramping up. Typical hotel menu and price point. Wings and burger were good but what made the meal enjoyable was the hospitality of the staff here.

Sean was so awesome! He was very accommodating, kind and helpful. His customer service was always excellent. He is rare because you do not receive this type of genuine service from people in the service industry. Would recommend !

Hotel bar, didn't eat but bartender was super nice just way understaffed and to busy dealing with pouring "kiddy cocktails" so took far to long to get a couple bottles of beer.

Booked my wedding here for December, 2020 and the paid deposit. I received no return calls after awhile about cancellation. I tried to reschedule until after COVID but was told to wait several times. Last minute I just cancelled but didn't even bother to reach out to the venue because they stopped contacting me about three months before my wedding date. I lost a lot of money on deposits because I cancelled everything at the last minute. My family was upset but there wasnt anything I could do. Beautiful venue, reasonable price. Too bad the communication was lacking. They also gave away the first wedding date that I booked with them. I had to email the manager several times to pay my deposit, communication lacked completely. Now I'm eloping after this experience, which will honestly be safer. I think Covid played a big role in the communication part but there were numerous issues from the beginning.
