it took 15 minutes of not being served for the front desk associate to take our order (not even the server) then they only brought one meal out and then took another 30 minutes to make the other meal. when we told them we had somewhere to go, magically the other meal was ready, already packed up in togo packaging. they tried to charging me for 2 burritos even though we only ordered one. they said it was for “validation purposes” so it took another 10 minutes for us to even be able to pay. it felt like we were being held hostage.

Harvest

No longer serves pizza. Edit: Arrived to the bar on a slower Sunday evening (less than 15 guests in the restaurant), took over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Was then told its been years since they have served pizza, with an attitude that a customer should expect to know this.

Yesterday the food and service was phenomenal. This evening the crabby pompous shriveled up manager was such a rude woman that I didn't even wait to order.

Waited 15 minutes to be greeted and 30 minutes for a bowl of soup. It wasn’t busy. The bartender doesn’t like people. I don’t wanna put her on blast but her name starts with V.

Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. The servers are over it, you can tell. I dined 30 mins after it opened and the lady was already in a bad mood. Food was average. I would walk across the road to the Woolley’s at embassy suites. It’s amazing in all ways.

This place is good overall. Just like everywhere there's little things. The appetizers were A+. We had cheese curds and meatballs. Delicious. The chicken fettuccine was filling and cajun pasta was real good. The little things were the appetizers were served at the same time as the meal, there was no water offered with our cocktails, and the dirty martini, which had 2 olives, was brought with at least two sips spilled during the delivery. But again, overall it was served with a smile and every request was happily addressed. We would do this again.

We had an amazing meal and a few cocktails. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. The Chicken Alfredo was the best I have ever had. If I come back to this area I will stop in for a bite.

Service is so bad. Is actually no service. We came from airport to hotel and were waiting for anyone say „Hi” like 20min? Is one server on all restaurant, I can’t blame her. But is waste of time. Food is not really good

I have been a resident at the adjoining apartments and eaten at this restaurant for over a year. Recently, the manager Kyle and new staff are running it into the ground. My wife and I, who have spent hundreds of dollars eating and drinking at this restaurant, were trespassed from the space for making a complaint about the extemely rude bartender. We didn't curse, or shout, just a NORMAL customer complaint. Kyle is an incompetent manager and generally terrible human being and will be the death of this restaurant.

Asked about hh as it was getting close due to not being attended to. I was told it was ok and would still work. After waiter brought drink he said no not hh price it will be $9. BBQ sandwich very dry.

Food was just okay. (Got burger, fries, salad — the salad was below mediocre.) And the service was suuuuuper slow. About 10 mins to even be recognized and receive menu. Ordered food, asked for water. Water never came. Food came about 20 mins later, still had to ask for my water, which took about 10 more mins to bring out (meanwhile people ordering drinks and receiving them). Waitress never checked during my meal to see if I needed more water/anything else. Had to wait once finished to let her know I needed my bill. I was overcharged on my bill, which they fixed, but I wondered if they knew and just didn’t say anything because when I pointed it out, they had the bill corrected / printed out within like 15 seconds.

What a fantastic experience!! Loved the decor, the service fantastic and the food was divine!!! Our server was attentive but not "in our face". The wild rice soup was to die for!! The presentation of my husband's mushroom Swiss burger was perfection!We have a return flight next month and based on last night's experience, we are planning to go back to AiRECraft Grill!!!!
