Applebee's Grill + Bar

Quite literally the worst Applebees ever. Half the table’s food came out and as one more dish arrived, we were still waiting on one more. The last dish did not come out until everyone was already done eating. With all of that, the food was disgusting and the service was horrible. It was not busy either.

My favorite Applebee's location for sure. Service is great here especially if you get JD! If you want a reasonably priced sit down restraunt I don't think there is a better place to go than Applebee's right now.

Dry wings yesterday and my spinach dip all dry and also talked to Mgr yesterday about several times in there short handed and bartender always running to do everything not fair for them and customers but doubt it will make any difference

I had the pleasure of being served by Marshall, and I can honestly say the experience was outstanding. From the moment we were seated, he greeted us warmly and made us feel truly welcome. He was attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at the right moments to make sure we had everything we needed.

Marshall’s knowledge of the menu was impressive — he gave excellent recommendations and explained everything clearly. Our drinks were always topped up, and the food came out perfectly timed. What stood out most was his friendly attitude and professionalism, which turned an ordinary meal into a memorable dining experience.

We actually stopped twice this day! Our waitress at lunch and later our waiter Johnny were wonderful! Food & drinks were great!

Our side dishes were cold, both of our main dishes were tough and inedible. Not sure if it was old meat or over cooked. Almost wish we asked for a refund for the chicken and salmon.

Stood in the lobby for at least 10-15 minutes waiting for an order and no employees would look at or help me. Ended up cancelling the order and leaving. 👍 thanks guys

I like Applebee's, but this one is the pits. When we got there the server acted like he was having a really bad day (which may have been the case, but don't take it out on us). We asked for a booth, and he obliged, but complained all the way there, whining about being shorthanded. We had to wait forever for our order to be taken, then the food took very long, and the bill wouldn't process on the table-top digital pay station. We couldn't get anyone to come to the table to help, so my wife wandered over to the only server she could find, on the other side, and they said they would send someone over. Another long wait. Finally, after all that, we were allowed the privilege of paying for our meal. Oh yeah, the food was not too bad, when it finally came, but we were at our wits end by then. A very badly managed and staffed restaurant.
